  had a pre-purchase inspection done on a 2017 Land Rover Discovery 5 HSE Luxury (tbe), and based on the photos, descriptions, and information provided, I was actually very impressed. I felt like they did just as thorough of a job as Land Rover themselves would have done, but at probably 25% less cost. Overall, I’m giving them 5 stars for the detailed and thorough inspection. They even honored my requests to visually inspect work the seller claimed had recently been completed on the vehicle, such as the valve cover gasket and coolant pipes, and based on the photos, they appeared to have done so. My only complaint is that they had the vehicle for about 2.5 days, and I didn’t hear from anyone during that time. There was no communication or update from the shop, and I actually found out from the seller that the inspection was completed and the SUV had already been picked up. I felt Auto Bahn should have communicated those details directly to me as well, especially since I was the one who ordered and paid for the service. That said, both the seller and I agreed they performed a quality inspection, and I would consider using them again for future work if needed.

  I had an excellent experience with Autobahn Auto Center in Boca Raton. They repaired my A/C at a very reasonable cost and thoroughly checked the vehicle and identified that I needed a new battery before it became a bigger problem. The shop is exceptionally clean and professional, which immediately gave me confidence. Most importantly, I believe the owner Pablo operates with a high level of integrity and honesty, which is not always easy to find in the auto repair business. It is refreshing to work with a shop that is knowledgeable, fair and focused on customer service rather than overselling unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend Autobahn Auto Center.

  After 3 texts /emails to remind me of my 8am appointment, I brought my car at 8. At 4:30 I called before going to pick up my car to find out nothing was done on the work order; No call, no text, no email. This was particularly perturbing since Autobahn had been annoyingly persistant reminding me of my appointment. We all understand things come up which are either unexpected or out of our control, but contacting a customer should be paramount. Adding to my disallusionment was the lack of any apology or any effort to "make it right". Now they are trying to claim they have no record of this. It was March 11. How often neglect to do the requested car services? Are there so many instances that you don't remember them? Why would I "reach out"? You made the mistake, therefore It was your responsibility and you had the "opportunity" to contact me the next day to try to make it right. You did not and still no apology! And they have the nerve to give the "we are all human excuse" I am human too and i got there at the appointment time. The correct way to handle this and not get a terrible review; I am sorry this happened, sir. How can I make it right? Excuses make you look incompetent and weak and you don't retake responsibility for your actions. Shame on you.

  I’ve had a great experience with this auto repair shop. The attendant Mr. Brooks was always professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever I bring my car in. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, which makes dealing with car troubles a lot less stressful. What really stands out is the level of care and attention to detail. I never feel rushed, and I can tell he truly wants to make sure everything is fixed properly. It’s not easy finding someone you can trust with your car, but this shop has definitely earned mine. I really appreciate the service I’ve received here, and I’ll continue coming back whenever I need help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto repair.
