I’ve been going here to get parts for my car, and today 10/27/2026 I went with my sister to get a new battery for her car and I showed up four minutes earlier a gentleman was coming in his is Rock he said he let me in to help me with my problem when the manager, Brenda as always with a very nasty attitude for no called his attention for opening 4 minutes earlier. I just want to point out that every time I go there, this woman has the same attitude and I have seen her doing this with other people, not just me. I can’t wait to see her gone, Rock…….You Rock!!! Thank you for all your help.

My car battery died, so I went in to purchase a new one. Brenda and Anthony took the time to check whether my battery was still under warranty. I honestly had no idea that I even had a warranty, and because they took the time to look into it for me, they ended up saving me money. I truly appreciated that because they could have simply sold me a new battery, but instead they went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, both of them were extremely professional, friendly, patient, and helpful. You can genuinely tell that Brenda and Anthony understand what customer service is supposed to be. They made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s misleading; because of this, I didn't make it to another store in time and won't be able to go to work tomorrow morning. This is a terrible place; I do not recommend visiting it.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
