  Rented here some months ago while daughter’s car was being repaired at collision shop. I wasn’t aware of this location but so glad I found it! The manager was very personable and sympathetic to my needs and situation. I was greeted upon entering and even as I waited , they continued to acknowledge me, which was very much appreciated. The drivers who picked me up from the collision shop and took me back when the car was ready were equally as personable, pleasant and helpful!! Will definitely recommend and use this location in the future.

  Carol, who is this new locations Manager, personally went the extra mile to help us get a rented ride so that we could visit our dear friend in Ocala's ICU before it was too late. It Appeared impossible yet with her dedication and perseverance we were rewarded for trusting this location by an upgrade and an earlier departure than we thought possible. Carol is truly our hero and I deeply recommend using this new growing Enterprise location which is so completely superior to the nightmarish busy Ocala location.   Absolutely amazing staff amazing vehicles brought away of choices. Great prices we seriously use them again no joke. These people are amazing. Take care of you. Customer services through the roof. I will never use anyone else but enterprise.

  The manager is very nice to me and also the customer that comes in the office.very good customer service. And it is my first time going there!
