  Loved our resent vehicle rental from Enterprise. Highly recommend the Chrysler Pacifica for long trip..Picking up after work and returning was easy!

  Do not go to this enterprise and definitely don't trust them to reserve a car. I'm taking my car to the repair shop to get repairs through insurance and they're paying for my rental. We chose to go with enterprise for the rental service which apparently was a big mistake, we have already had issues with one enterprise in Ocala so we chose the one in Belleview which is closer to home and that was another mistake. We spoke to Arlene yesterday evening before they closed, we told her the situation and she said she had cars available, we even reserved a car while speaking to Arlene. She said she put that in the system and would have me a car reserved and ready for pickup first thing this morning, we even set an appointment for 10am this morning. Well we just received a call from her saying she doesn't have any card available, when we called back to ask her what's going on she said "we don't have any cars right now that Statefarm will cover" to which I responded "how is that possible when I talked to you yesterday evening right before quitting time and you said you had multiple cars available and that you had reserved me a car and we had set up a time and appointment for pickup" she then responded with "we don't have any cars here and I don't have any that fit into your claim". So why would you tell a customer you had multiple cars ready to rent and you had even reserved me one which was a total lie. All she could say was I'm sorry there's nothing I could do.... Well you could've been honest and not lie about the situation. Now I'm not able to rent a car because we THOUGHT we had everything set up and ready to go but now I have no rental, I only had until 11:30am to have my car to the repair shop this morning, I'm off work today which is why I set everything up for Saturday. So now I'm without my rental, I can't take my car to the repair shop because I have no other vehicle to get back and forth to work until my car is fixed, and it's hard for me to take off work to have this done during the week! So a big thank you to enterprise and Arlene for telling me one thing and doing a completely different thing! Will not use enterprise ever again, and definitely don't use enterprise in Belleview because Arlene will tell you she has a car ready and reserved for you but it won't happen that way! Now I'm screwed because I was told something that wasn't true, absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional!!
