Just because you make a reservation it doesn't mean they will have a car there for you.

Just Horrible Experience all around. Ill keep it simple and just say they didnt have my reservation, so I had to leave without a car

Worst customer service ever, this is the 2nd time Ive rented from this location and both times I was treated awful. The first time I rented I booked a convertible 3 weeks in advanced and when I showed up they only had a Dodge charger. This time they said our reservation was cancelled because we didn't show up early enough so they didn't have anything and then because I questioned him he told me he was refusing business because he didn't want to answer the questions and started being very racist and rude I have it on video.

Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Highly recommend.
