    Just wanted to shout out the manager Ken, a cool dude and down to earth. Easy to speak to and fair with the prices. His customer service is remarkable and I’ll definitely rent from him when I need a car to travel and etc. If you are in a car and in the Bartow area, ask for Ken.

    I reserved a vehicle through Geico to use while my Truck was being repaired. Enterprisw didn't provide the vehicle I reserved... they substituted it with no notice. Then wanted to charge me a $50 deposit for a dirty vehicle.
