  This is the second time I've had an emergency and needed a vehicle. They let you make reservations but dont have cars. Enterprise, your system should let customers know what vehicles you have on the lot, instead we think we've taken care the most important part of your trip, instead its added stress!

  This is my go to car rental spot. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is that sometimes they seem understaffed. Even when that is the case, the one person running around doing everything is always extremely nice and helpful. I always make my reservations online, so I'm just there for pickups and drop offs. It is always a smooth process. Might have to wait a bit sometimes but it's not that big of a deal to me.

  Just wanted to shout out the manager Ken, a cool dude and down to earth. Easy to speak to and fair with the prices. His customer service is remarkable and I’ll definitely rent from him when I need a car to travel and etc. If you are in a car and in the Bartow area, ask for Ken.
