  First and foremost, let me just say that everything I’ve heard about the Bartow Ford experience is a thousand percent true. Bartow Ford is the best experience I’ve ever encountered purchasing a vehicle, period. From the moment I set foot at the dealership, I felt truly welcomed. Not even once did I feel pressured about purchasing a vehicle. Jessica (my salesperson) was the first to greet me outside and she didn’t waste any time letting me test drive two vehicles I told her I was interested in. From start to finish, Jessica showed true interest in making sure I got the vehicle I wanted and with all the features I wanted as well. Every step of the way, I felt relaxed because it really is a relaxed environment like many reviews I’ve read about Bartow Ford in the past and also heard by word of mouth. Even the signing process was the easiest, due to technology I’ve never even seen before when closing the deal on my purchase. I truly wish all car buying experiences could be like this but even if they aren’t, I know I can always get this experience again at Bartow Ford. In fact, I don’t think I will go anywhere else now. Bartow Ford has a customer for life. And yes, all car buying experiences should be like this. Thank you so much Jessica and everyone at Bartow Ford for truly an amazing experience. And now, I myself can share like many others have about a place like no other to purchase your next vehicle. 5 stars!

  I wish to extend my appreciation to Bartow Ford for their assistance in securing the vehicle I wanted. I am particularly indebted to Vannia and Ian, who located a vehicle equipped with every feature on my list, and to Ian again and Lolly, who worked diligently with me on the financing. At every stage they were patient, courteous, and thorough, examining each available option until the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I could not have accomplished this without them, and I recommend them without any doubt. I am now a new owner of a 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum! If you are going to buy a Ford come to Ford and ask for Vannia as the sales person, Ian(sales manager) and Lolly(finances).

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience working with Brandi at Bartow Ford\! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process\. She took the time to send us photos of everything we asked for, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured\. When it came time to discuss numbers, Brandi was exactly what you hope for when buying a vehicle\. She listened to what we wanted, respected the budget and terms we were comfortable with, and worked with us to make everything fit our needs\. She made the entire truck\-buying experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable\. Thank you, Brandi, for everything you did for us\!   This was my very first service experience with Bartow Ford servicing my 2012 Lincoln MKT with 77k miles on it. I had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Mr, Brian Howell -my service advisor. Brian was very professional as well as very good at listening to my inquiries and with his vast knowledge and experience gave me the suggestions and solutions that would best fit my nees as well as provide me the peace of mind after the service was performed. Brian kept me well informed during the entire process via pone calls or in person discussions. I also took advantage of Bartow Ford's Complimentary Pick Up Service'' Adrian Hernandez also did an excellent job of communicating with me as his team picked up and delivered my vehicle back to me home. The reason I chose Bartow Ford over other local service providers is becasue of the warranty that Bartow Ford provides after each service is conducted on your vehicle. I can truly state without any hesitation....the entire team at Bartow FOrd from top management to the service department team not only exceeded my expectations as a FIRST time customer....they made me feel like a 'FAMILY' member !!! I was NOT just another customer to get money from. I truly saw this passion and desire to SERVE the public with PRIDE and DIGNITY and RESPECT in each team mebers DNA!! Thank you to veryone at Bartow FOrd for making a difference in the lives of each customer that you come in contact with. GREAT JOB DONE!!! BRAVO!!!

  I originally left a 5-star review because my buying experience with Jacob in Sales was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process easy. This review is not a reflection of Jacob. I also want to recognize Tomas in Service. He was helpful, answered my questions honestly, and kept me informed about the repairs. My frustration is not with him, but with how the dealership handled the overall situation. Unfortunately, our ownership experience has been incredibly disappointing. Within a week of purchasing our 2024 Ford Expedition, we began experiencing transmission problems. What initially seemed like a drivability issue turned into the transmission requiring an extensive rebuild quickly after purchase. That is not something any customer expects after buying a vehicle from a dealership. After a run around for 2 weeks with rental twice not reserving the right vehicle, we where able to get our car back to Bartow Ford. On top of that, several advertised features on the vehicle were not working, including the driver's heated and ventilated seat and other premium features. After the first service visit, we were told everything had been repaired. However, the vehicle was returned to us with the driver's seat still not functioning, despite the repair order stating it had been fixed. The dealership later acknowledged this was an oversight and that the vehicle should never have been returned that way, requiring us to bring it back again. What has been most disappointing isn't that a used vehicle needed repairs, it's the lack of accountability throughout the process. At no point did anyone acknowledge that this vehicle should not have been sold in the condition it was in. Instead of someone taking ownership of the situation, I was repeatedly redirected between departments, told someone would check on things, or promised follow-up calls that never came. I understand that used vehicles can occasionally have unexpected problems. However, there is a significant difference between normal wear and a vehicle that requires a transmission rebuild within a week of purchase, has multiple inoperative features, and is returned from service with repairs marked complete that were not actually completed. We do appericate Bartow Ford covered the cost of repairs. We do have extended warranty, but was not responsible for the $100 deductable. They did "make it right" in that sense, but we should of never go to this point in the first place. I truly wanted my original 5-star review to reflect our experience because the buying process was positive. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has not lived up to that first impression. My hope is that Bartow Ford improves its inspection process, quality control, communication, and accountability so future customers don't experience the same frustration.
