  I had such a great experience working with Diana F. She made the entire process of buying my car so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. The entire process was done remotely, which was so convenient. When I arrived to pick up my car, everything was already set up and ready to go. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience! I absolutely love my new Ford Explorer! Thank you so much, Diana, for making the whole experience such a great one. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

  I had an unresolved issue with my Bronco that several repair shops attempted to fix, but only made worse. I finally took it to Bartow Ford, and they did an outstanding job.They went above and beyond figuring out the problem, making sure I was comfortable and put me in a car for the time being. They called me with an update, explained the problem, and informed me that they had fixed and resolved it. I consider the technician, Thomas, and the manager, Carlos Sandoval, to be top-notch in customer service. This is a shop I trust and will be returning in the future.

  I couldn’t speak highly enough of my experience with Bartow Ford, specifically with Diana, Collin and Shannon. From the moment I called them about a vehicle I was interested in, to even after I purchased the vehicle. All it took was some phone calls and texts and an hour of being there to purchase my vehicle and go home with it. Never has it been so breezy to purchase a vehicle with premier customer service. Diana sold to me and was amazing! Shannon that sealed our loan with us was so sweet and kind. And Collin is the manager who has been nothing but accommodating, kind and doing everything he can to make everything right. After they sold to me as is, I had a couple problems with the vehicle and Diana and Collin, the manager, immediately put me in a rental as soon as possible and are making things right by fixing the problems with the vehicle. They truly are different and treat their customers as if they knew you personally. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!!

  My wife and I recently traded in my Mustang at Bartow Ford and purchased a new 26’ Bronco, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had heard some not-so-great reviews from friends in the past so quite honestly avoided Bartow Ford for a while. I'm glad I finally gave them a chance! Chris and Jessica were amazing to work with. They explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and never made us feel pressured or confused. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the overall experience was. I would definitely recommend Bartow Ford for your vehicle needs. Also want to give a shout-out to the detailing team. We dropped it off for the complimentary detail from purchasing the vehicle earlier in the week, and they did a great job in a short amount of time. Attention to detail was followed and we cannot be happier with how clean it turned out both inside and out. Thank you Bartow Ford and staff.

  If you hate working with dealerships, this is the kind that restores your faith that good ones still exist. I'm not quick to trust dealerships, but Jacob Hamilton made this process painless. He was friendly and easy to work with, and I never felt rushed, pressured, or out of control of the negotiation. Pricing was incredibly transparent: appropriate fees, no dealer add-ons or crazy markups like most seem to do these days. Jacob even found an extra rebate that let me beat my target price. The vehicle we'd negotiated over text had actually already sold, and the website wasn't updated. Normally that's a red flag and more negotiating, but Jacob took it on himself to get me one in stock with more features than we'd negotiated, without making me absorb the price difference. If that's not ethical practice, I don't know what is. The rest of the staff was great too, and everyone seems to enjoy working there. They presented add-ons as options with zero pressure. When I declined, they accepted it and moved on. That's all I could ever ask for. I got a fair deal on my trade, a competitive price on the new vehicle, and a financing rate I'm happy with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again.
