  First time buying a used truck sight unseen. I worked with Shavaunte in sales to navigate the process. He was positive, knowledgeable, and engaged the entire time. He sent personal video he took for me and followed up on all questions making the process was smooth and simple. The Ranger I bought was even better than the photos or description. We negotiated a great deal and they even delivered the car. From start to finish every person I worked with was positive and engaged. Best used car buying experience ever!

  Tim Garcia helped me at Bartow Ford. It was a rocky start but an easy finish. I did purchase a car that I had to bring back for a repair, but I knew that going in and Tim did all he could for me. He kept me informed, he made the buying process as simple as possible, and he was super nice. He got me the best deal he could on my dream car I had been looking at and searching for over a year. I definitely recommend coming here. Tomas in the service department was also amazing and texted me daily without prompting to keep me informed about the progress of my car’s repairs. I will definitely use their service department in the future. Overall a good experience.

  My experience with Carlos in the service department was so frustrating that I felt I had to share. I brought my Ford in for a specific repair and Carlos started quoting me for a bunch of extra work that my vehicle definitely didn’t need. When I did get it back, the original issue wasn't even fixed properly the first time. What really bothered me was the attitude. Carlos was extremely dismissive and condescending the entire time. I felt like he was judging me as if I couldn't pay for the repairs in full. It’s incredibly insulting to be treated like you don’t belong there when you’re just trying to get your car serviced. I ended up taking it over to Lakeland Ford, and it was a completely different experience. They fixed it right the first time there, confirmed that none of those extra "recommendations" from Carlos were necessary, and they actually treated me like a valued customer. They were professional and didn't have any of that rude, judgmental energy. I won't be coming back to Bartow Ford. If you end up here, save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with Carlos.

  Ur I had an excellent experience throughout the entire purchase process. Chris was amazing to work with — very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The finance department was also extremely professional. I really appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional products or services. Everything was explained clearly, thoroughly, and respectfully, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The GM even came by personally to thank us for the purchase, which really showed how much they value their customers. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a professional and hassle-free buying experience.
