Outstanding service from Carlos and Yan. Both of these gentlemen go above and beyond to help the customer every time I come in there. Also, there are some employees there that are actually certified mechanics and all of the ladies that work there help me out every time I come in as well and positive experience every time without any nonsense or game playing I recommend the store to everyone I have several cars and work on my vehicles all the time and constantly need the services of autozone. If you looking for a knowledgeable staff with a friendly attitude this is the place for you.

After using AutoZone for 10 years. It has come to my attention that their return policy has become a joke. I had a simple exchange. Dot4 brake fluid exchange for. Dot3 brake fluid. And because I didn’t have my receipt, I was forced to produce my drivers license in which I did not have with me. The store manager, instead of just exchanging it for me. She forced me to drive back home 30 minutes and 30 minutes back. Just for the exchange. I decided to wait till the next morning return the product and take my business elsewhere. The inconvenience for just an exchange was ridiculous. I’ve even called my wife to send me a copy of my drivers license and she said she could not accept that either.

Came in before close. Associate didnt know what a radiator fan was. Literally told me "we closed" after I waited for him to figure out what that was. To make it worse, they then tested a young customers battery and told him it was dead. He stepped out to grab something and THEY LOCKED HIM OUT. I jumped his car off and the associate said "well its 9 so were closed and I want to go home." Absolutely pathetic service and the manager who witnessed this KNOWINGLY left a customer stranded instead of selling a battery. There are other stores .1 miles from here. Go anywhere else.

I went in today to Autozone to get a new battery for my vehicle. Laisha tested my old battery and it was going bad. So I purchased a new one and she installed for me free of charge. Laisha provided me with great customer service and was friendly. I recommend this Autozone location
