Sold me plenty of Coolant for my car at a good profit I bet. When it came time to recycle my used coolant fluids that I had brought all the way back to the store, they literally recommended me to go to their competitors for that, as Autozone does not recycle coolant fluids. SMH. My issue is more with Corporate Autozone than this specific place, as other local Autozones apparently do not recycle coolant either. Autozone Corporate: You Need To Do Better.

The manager is very rude she has no attitude to serve customers I went to try to return a car oil and forgot the receipt but I have my number registered I said with my number they find the receipt and she didn’t want She said if you can return it but for credit from the store I said wath according to the store’s policy if you can but she didn’t want to do it He didn’t want to return it to the same payment method The store manager thinks she’s the owner that someone tells her that she’s just a worker

Outstanding service from Carlos and Yan. Both of these gentlemen go above and beyond to help the customer every time I come in there. Also, there are some employees there that are actually certified mechanics and all of the ladies that work there help me out every time I come in as well and positive experience every time without any nonsense or game playing I recommend the store to everyone I have several cars and work on my vehicles all the time and constantly need the services of autozone. If you looking for a knowledgeable staff with a friendly attitude this is the place for you.

After using AutoZone for 10 years. It has come to my attention that their return policy has become a joke. I had a simple exchange. Dot4 brake fluid exchange for. Dot3 brake fluid. And because I didn’t have my receipt, I was forced to produce my drivers license in which I did not have with me. The store manager, instead of just exchanging it for me. She forced me to drive back home 30 minutes and 30 minutes back. Just for the exchange. I decided to wait till the next morning return the product and take my business elsewhere. The inconvenience for just an exchange was ridiculous. I’ve even called my wife to send me a copy of my drivers license and she said she could not accept that either.
