  My wife took her Toyota Corolla here after hearing from some girlfriends that the old owners were gone and the shop was taken over in August by 3 women. That was actually a big reason she decided to give them a try. She gets nervous taking her car in for service by herself because she doesn’t know much about cars and has had experiences where she felt talked down to or wondered if she was being sold unnecessary things. She felt real comfortable here. She went in for an oil change and they took great care of her. She even got new windshield wipers on a buy-one-get-one deal. They let her know she’ll need a tire rotation and brakes soon, but there was no pressure to do everything that day. She plans to come back in September to have both done. Most importantly, when she brought the bill home, I was pleasantly surprised. The price was real fair and there was no stuff the Corolla didn't need. If your wife or daughter is hesitant about taking her car in for service alone, I’d feel very comfortable sending them here. She had a great experience and will definitely go back. And after seeing the bill, I’ll be bringing my car here too. Real nice to see women take over a local auto shop and run it this way. Highly recommend.

  Austin and the Grease Monkey staff went above and beyond, not only with there speed and quality of mechanical service, but general customer service. They gave detailed analysis on the health of the vehicle as well providing recommendations on services that there shop does not currently provide. I’d recommend them and will be back for my next service for sure.

  I have been coming to this location for a while and to grease monkey alone many many years and have always enjoyed my experience. After having my truck towed FROM here after a simple fuel filter service & oil change, I will not return here. My truck would not start after their services were performed. They eventually paid for the damages they caused to my vehicle and the tow but refused to refund for the services I paid for and didn’t receive. I am highly disappointed by the business being conducted at this location and the lack of knowledge on how they should operate in situations like this.
