I have called and left messages about this twice nobody has called me back and it’s clearly still an issue. My negative review is for their poor communication.

Rather than provide customer service, he lost me and I hope some others. It is the lack of at least putting the car back through at no cost to Whistle. I was not looking for anything else. Plenty of other places to go. Overpriced due to lack of service.
