My car was damaged back in March and still no response from the owners other than send a accident report which I've done twice. You cannot call them and they do not return email. As I said no customer service, but they love your money 💰.

Most of the time the vacuums are broken or just not even on. They don’t have air fresheners any more and the staff is not as friendly as they once were. Also I have no idea who the manager is now but the old manager used to come out and greet you/ask if you needed anything. Will most likely cancel my monthly memberships.
