  I was very disappointed by my experience with Cindy at the front desk. She was rude, cold, and extremely unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived, she acted as though she didn't want to be bothered. I've used this establishment before and had positive experiences, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my interaction with her completely changed my mind. Because of the way I was treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to another establishment on Park Avenue in Apopka instead. Customer service matters, and first impressions are important. Thank you, Cindy, for ensuring I won't be returning 06/09/26

  first of all I had a deer hit my back side and shatter my window. we taped up the window so it wouldn’t get more damage from the elements. I dropped it off for the estimate and they said $1000. I was like no way! After conversation they called and apologized the guy who quoted didn’t remove the plastic so he did not see the full extent of the damage. -I should have known then to go else where. fast forward a month…i finally get it but not without headaches. I had to bring it back because the window seal was not correct and the 3rd row seats did not fold down properly after they removed and reinstalled The inside of my car was covered in dust(not how I dropped it off) and the outside COVERED in caterpillar cocoons. The main reason I will never go back is because of how rude they were. They had my car for a month with an estimated completion date on a Friday to pick up. I had to travel for work and when they called me on Tuesday afternoon of the Friday it was estimated to be done, I said, I was unable to get it because I was out of town on Work travel the lady told me well We’re not a storage facility. Can’t you have someone else pick it up?(no lady I want to pick up MY car and inspect it!!) And when I complained about how dirty it was, the guy said that’s what happens when it sits outside for five days! (no, you called Tuesday at 11 and I picked it up Friday at noon) Completely unprofessional and I will never ever go there again!

  My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was really fantastic! My car looks amazing and the customer service was stellar. Tim worked with me from the estimate to the completion of the repairs. He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and kind. They finished in the time estimated with no surprise charges. This is actually the third car that my family has had repaired there and all of our experiences were the same. I have another "dimple" on my front end that I absolutely with have repaired at Gerber.

  An absolute terrible experience. It felt like we were scammed and lied to by Steven. We were promised repairs and the car never came back as it was promised and my bumper alignment was never fixed after being hit in my accident. This company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people like Steven to represent this company, super unprofessional, confrontational, aggressive, and he acted like he knew everything and didn’t listen to what we were saying and needed to be fixed correctly. All we need is the bumper to be correctly repaired like HE PROMISED and we would be good and instead he never stuck to his word and the lifetime warranty your company has that he told us about, and instead said we aren’t gonna fix it and it’s our problem now. This is extremely frustrating that I was hit in an accident and after being recommended to come here for repairs to then be scammed is absolutely ridiculous. Steven should not be the person you have representing your company and certainly not someone who feels like they can call the shots. He’s an estimator, why is he dealing with everything like he’s the manager??? As someone with years of experience in customer service I can 100% say this is Disgraceful Customer Service. Do better Gerber, and certainly do better Steven.

  Avoid this place period, just trying to save you a headache. I had a horrible experience with these people. The worst shop I’ve ever been to. They do not care about customer service at all. Steven is extremely unprofessional & confrontational so just avoid the place and go somewhere where the establishment cares about the customer. He also likes to make up information up to his benefit and the sad thing about it that he believes his right. I can’t understand how insurance companies will keep suggesting this shop for high quality work…
