I’ve given them 5 attempts too get it right and they NEVER rise to the occasion. Why are you rolling your eyes and upset with me for being ill prepared and NOT taking accountability??!!

This is our 3rd time in 2 weeks renting from this facility and it is the same each time. Staff is friendly, but my time is valuable and that doesn't seem to be a priority.

They said..."someone would let me know when they were on their way to pick me." NO ONE called. Had to call AGAIN. Finally...someone showed up at my house honking the horn...NEVER CALLED. THEN ANOTHER LOOOOONG WAIT AT THE ENTERPRISE OFFICE. NOPE....WONT USE THEM AGAIN.

Worst customer service ever! They would not let me rent a car even though I have multiple times through the years because I was unable to download a pdf of my power bill, they said they had to view my bill to make sure I was not behind so I showed them on my account, but not just seeing it online was not enough they wanted to see it in pdf form so I asked why do you need to print it they said no just view it, so why was not viewing my current bill online enough! Do not go to enterprise if you want any kind of customer service or if you want to be treated like a paying customer.
