  I can't say enough about how helpful Greg was with my unique battery issue. He made sure I was truly taken care of inside the store while Devond did a quick battery replacement on the outside! Kudos Guys! You've gained a repeat customer!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at the AutoZone in Apopka, thanks to Ramon and Bernard! They went above and beyond to help me find the right battery for my car and even helped clean up my battery terminals. They were genuinely kind, patient, and truly cared about helping me. As a single mom, things have been a little tough lately, so their kindness and positive attitude really meant a lot to me. They didn’t just help me with my car, they genuinely made my day. AutoZone is lucky to have two people like Ramon and Bernard who truly care about their customers. Thank you both so much! ❤️

  Very pleased with manager Aniah she was very patient and thorough with helping me figure out what parts I needed for my vehicle. She was also kind enough to scan my car and do a battery/alternator & starter test. Thanks Aniah. I really appreciate your patience and kindness.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — This 5-star rating is specifically for Kyle, not the overall management of this location. Kyle was outstanding. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough while helping me find a passenger-side hub assembly. He personally called multiple stores and had them physically check and measure parts so we wouldn’t waste more trips. He even drove approximately 20 miles in an AutoZone vehicle to pick up the correct part for us. Unfortunately, our initial experience with the store manager, Mariel, was extremely disappointing. She did not thoroughly verify the part, ask for our VIN, or confirm the correct inventory before sending us to a store in St. Cloud. We drove approximately 1.5 hours round trip, only to learn the order had not actually been placed and had been canceled. The part we eventually received was incorrect. Over the next three days, we repeatedly drove between different AutoZone locations trying to get the correct part, receiving incorrect parts more than once. Kyle ultimately did the thorough research that should have been done from the beginning. I strongly encourage AutoZone corporate to review this situation and the management of this location. Kyle demonstrated excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Given the time, travel, and inconvenience caused by repeated incorrect information, I also believe a meaningful discount or gift card would be appropriate. Please have corporate follow up with me regarding this experience.
