  Tim and John were amazing! I had a windshield replacement scheduled, but it unexpectedly started raining and unfortunately, I didn’t have a garage at work to keep my car covered. Since windshield replacements can’t be done in the rain, most places probably would have just rescheduled me. Instead, Tim went above and beyond and looked for a way to accommodate me. They offered to take my car to the shop and bring it back to me at no extra charge, which was a huge help since I couldn’t leave work. The installation was done beautifully, and they were both so kind and helpful. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make it work for me. Thank you, Tim and John!

  Safelite was professional, savvy, and provided great customer service. My technicians name was Chaz. He made sure to go over important information regarding my windshield replacement and what I thought would be at least a 3 hour process turned out to be only an hour and a half.

  I had my windshield and wipers replaced 2 weeks ago. Later that day I realized the technician broke the brackets holding on two trim pieces that he had to remove to take the windshield off and chipped the paint in the process. He attempted to glue them back on (since there was no more clip in mechanism) and they fell off while I was driving. Then a few days later when it rained I used the wipers for the first time and one fell off when I was driving on the highway which is obviously incredibly dangerous. When examining the wipers further I found he used the wrong size wipers. I have called customer service 3 times, had my insurance company reach out, and sent multiple emails and still no one has reached out to me resolve the issue. Every time I call I’m told someone will call me back and that the issue has been escalated but I have not received a single call back. This is completely unacceptable workmanship, customer service and accountability
