  Great experience. Chaz was wonderful and professional. The office was busy but they worked through all the appointments quickly and efficiently. Andrew came out to our site for an employee of mine and he was also great and experienced.

  This location is clean, spacious, and has friendly staff. The service provided by the technician, Chaz, was exceptional. I had my windshield replaced and it looks good as new. Everything was calibrated and was even able to get the same brand glass since there isn't an aftermarket one yet. I have had experiences with other companies and no one compares to the reliability, ease of scheduling, transparency or professionalism of Safelite!

  Worse service ever! They don’t honor the warranty they have. I went to get my windshield align since the tech that went to my house was too busy talking on the phone to focus on placing the windshield correctly, made me wait 30min ON PURPOSE, just for another useless tech/manager to come out and tell me they not fixing it because AT LEAST YOU CAN SEE THE VIN NUMBER, so as long as that’s visible they not fixing nothing. Tech left his tool in my car, and the cover of the camera as you can see below hanging off. On top of that the black guy that be in the reception told me I needed to pay 168$ for what? At least do one thing right my man. Screw this place, instead go to Austin windshield repair in Hyundai. They will definitely take care of you and satisfy your car warranty.

  Sloppy tech. Rushing to get job and not properly addressing my concerns. My vibration detection was removed to replace windshield. After he replaced glass he dis not put it back. I told him and he stuck up there. I checked it and it was not adhering properly. It feel down and he put it back claiming it should stay. I feel again. Instead of using a proper thin double sided adhesive tape, he used a gunky thick adhesive which buffers the sensor and now my vibration detection is less sensitive. He left debris from the replacement on my driveway and on the hood of the vehicle. Very disappointed. No a good experience. My windshield gets replaced often due to the vehicle type. Never had this issue before. I will shop other services next time.
