- ATAmanda Tofani1 day ago5.0This was the easiest and most professional I have ever seen a worker. The whole team from scheduling to installation was knowledgeable and kind. On time and very helpful
- JKJaime K.3 days ago1.0I had my windshield replaced due to a rock hitting it. The finished work was unacceptable. The trim was not installed correctly. Basically, I still need a new windshield. In addition, Safelite relies on AI for scheduling and appointment updates. This process does not work well when there are issues with appointment times. Having a windshield replaced is important - Safelite's lack of responsiveness leaves you feeling vulnerable. I will never recommend Safelite based on this experience.
- SFSteven Finley4 days ago5.0Excellent service at Safelite in Apollo Beach! Rashad and his team did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Rashad and his team for their exceptional customer service!
- FGFrank GaniearSep 30, 20264.0I rated 4 * because of the telephone customer service rep. All she wanted to do is send a link for me to self schedule. However, the Apollo Beach location was wonderful. Sadly I don’t remember the techs name, but he was great. He was accurate and professional, he kept me informed during the process. In the event I have any more glass damage, safelight will be my first call.
- JGJ GumbySep 22, 20261.0I have tried repeatedly to schedule a warranty appointment for my windshield that is leaking and I can’t schedule an appointment over the phone or online. They have an AI phone service that literally hangs up on you and their chat doesn’t allow you to type anything in the chat box. Also, their website doesn’t allow for a warranty appointment. TERRIBLEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
