  I had a great experience during my recent oil change, thanks to Manager Bass & Dexter. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the service, and made sure everything was completed efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you, Manager Bass, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!

  Cruz is AMAZING I've gone to this location twice in the span of just a few months and each time it has been easy, quick, and consistent. Staff is nice and knowledgeable, recommended location for sure!

  A visit to this specific location will have you wishing you did your own maintenance. I was "helped" by Cruz, but was immediately greeted with hostility and rudeness. Normally I give a person the benefit of the doubt, but this seemed to be personal, since customers around me didn't seem to receive the same attitude. As the front customer left, I lightly let me brakes go, creeping forward a little and very slowly. As Cruz directed me, I tried my very best to follow instruction. They proceeded to come to my window and scold me like I'm an idiot and accused me of "rushing in when someone was in the way of my vehicle." They then instructed for me to back out and try again as if I was a toddler being disaplined. Once again, I understand things need to be done a certain way and working in hot conditions isn't always great, but the entire appointment I felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened. Despite this, I remained as calm as I could and followed any further instructions given. Finally, towards the end as I went to pay, their card reader failed to read my card. I explained kindly that sometimes my card would prioritize tap over chip, and was coldly told, "our chip is broken so." They took my card, inserted it again (after resetting the system) and it approved. I then received a dirty look as if it was somehow my fault for it failing the first time. Everyone else was nice, but Cruz really needs an attitude adjustment. Do better.

  The lady with tattoos let another car cut in front of me, I never said anything and gave her benefit of doubt its hard to manage this things. when it came time to pay she was passive aggressive because there was an issue with using the phone to pay. Very unprofessional to the point i rather do my own oil change now so than you!

  I've been coming here for many years. I bring two vehicles each time one after the other. Once upon a time they used to help me find a coupon or they would give me a coupon if I came back in 24 hours. That didn't happen this time however the staff was phenomenal. For the first time ever I recognized faces and usually the staff changes out so quickly you never recognize anyone. Special mention for manager Sebastian who is extra helpful in explaining everything I need for my vehicles. And for the fastest tire rotation in town despite the small squatty Jeep
