  I DO NOT recommend. You sit in a hot car (you have to!) while they goof off rather than work on your car. Then the cost (AFTER coupon!) is STILL $130.00!! And for WHAT?!! No idea. The oil change maintenance reminder STILL blinks in my face every time I turn on my car, although it says on my receipt that it was reset. Go figure! Because I can’t.. 🤷‍♀️

  Cruz did a great job directing the cars and employees to get everyone serviced as fast as possible. Once we began the service, Cruz and the team provided us information and great service, making the experience easy and leaving us more knowledge about our car. She made sure we got the right wipers to fit our windshield properly, while discovering the previous technician from a different company installed the wrong size washer, leading to an oil leak. Everything was replaced and replenished correctly and we drove away with our car feeling brand new. Definitely ask for Cruz when you go!

  I was a loyal Valvoline customer for 15 years. Last oil change last week was an issue. After the oil change my oil light came on. I showed the tech and was told come back if continues. The light would come on everytime I would stop, went back same day and was told it must be the sensor is bad. Mind you prior to oil change light was not coming on. I had to drive the car to work and to take my MIL to daycare because of her dementia. I went 1.5 days later to get sensor check. I watched as they began to perform diagnostic. They drained 8-10 quarts of dirty oil so it appears new oil was added to old oil. I watched them drain my oil and asked to see it up close. I called Valvoline customer service and they were extremely helpful. Cue in manager from this location. He was rude to me and then called PepBoys and was rude to them. He even told the manager of PepBoys that extra oil is not that bad for the car. I wasn't angry at first, mistakes happen and I just wanted my money back and the money I spent to rectify the issue. Instead I was questioned like I did something wrong, he said I looked at the oil lipstick before I left and approved it. I am not a mechanic, I don't know what clean or overfilled oil dipstick looks like of course I agreed. He says the video from them shows them emptying my oil. I will ask customer service for the video. It is a shame because the staff that took care of me were pleasant. I will NEVER go back to Valvoline. I can't see what is happening under my car and I no longer trust that they care about the customer. Below is picture of the dirty oil two days after the oil change.

  Went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a simple oil change, and the experience was disappointing. First, it took about 45 minutes, which is way too slow for a place that advertises “instant” service. The whole time, it felt like there was only one person actually working while the others were just standing around. At one point, an employee mentioned his hand was injured and kept saying my oil filter was “too tight,” which made the process even slower and didn’t feel very professional. On top of that, the pricing was high, with extra charges and upsells like the air filter that didn’t feel necessary. Overall, slow service, poor coordination, and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting quick and efficient service.

  Found out my Toyota care service is done and didn’t want to wait two hours. Purchased a voucher for this location and unfortunately selected the wrong oil type. Cruz offered to honor the voucher and I pay the rest which i just decided sure. They showed me my cabin air filter and I need to wait on that due to finances but then showed me my engine filter and decided I’d like to replace that. They didn’t have the filter in stock so Cruz offered to send someone to the store to grab the part if I’m down to wait about 15 minutes no extra charge on the store run just price of the filter. Talk about going above and beyond with this team!! Gigi went out and came back in like 10 minutes. I purchased a Groupon right before and mistyped my email so I was already stressed about money and all the unexpected but when they offered that and made it happen I knew I had to give them a 5 star review. Who literally says we will run to the store and make this happens so I leave with what I want? After I had already made some silly goose mistakes? I appreciate the gesture and this team was crushing it on a busy Saturday. I’ll be back you earned my business easily.
