  AVOID THIS PLACE!!! MANAGER IS RUDE AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. I was a loyal Valvoline customer for 15 years. Last oil change last week was an issue. After the oil change my oil light came on. I showed the tech and was told come back if continues. The light would come on everytime I would stop, went back same day and was told it must be the sensor is bad. Mind you prior to oil change light was not coming on. I had to drive the car to work and to take my MIL to daycare because of her dementia. I went 1.5 days later to get sensor check. I watched as they began to perform diagnostic. They drained 8-10 quarts of dirty oil so it appears new oil was added to old oil. I watched them drain my oil and asked to see it up close. I called Valvoline customer service and they were extremely helpful. Cue in manager from this location. He was rude to me and then called PepBoys and was rude to them. He even told the manager of PepBoys that extra oil is not that bad for the car. I wasn't angry at first, mistakes happen and I just wanted my money back and the money I spent to rectify the issue. Instead I was questioned like I did something wrong, he said I looked at the oil lipstick before I left and approved it. I am not a mechanic, I don't know what clean or overfilled oil dipstick looks like of course I agreed. He says the video from them shows them emptying my oil. I will ask customer service for the video. It is a shame because the staff that took care of me were pleasant. I will NEVER go back to Valvoline. I can't see what is happening under my car and I no longer trust that they care about the customer. Below is picture of the dirty oil two days after the oil change.

  Anthem and Nathan were great! Quick friendly service.I always come to this location. They are very honest and didn't try to talk me into a new air filter because mine was good to go

  We have been going for years because of the convenience, good price, and efficiency. Today, we were serviced by a team of 3, led by Cruz. Cruz's communication was confident and clear with us, as the customer, and the other two on the team. Cruz noticed another team member mentioning liquid drips and the other team member ask if the liquid was cold or hot, and because it was cold and the location, they determined it was a/c condensation. While this non-issue might remain un-noteworthy for many, Cruz took time to explain the conversation (without needing to be asked), and reassure us there is no leak. Cruz also asked if they could check a filter behind the glove box that I didn't even know existed. Literally, Cruz is the first individual to ever mention it in all the times I've gone anywhere to have my car serviced. Yes, I did need to get out of the passenger seat for them to access it, so I can understand why others may not have addressed it previously, but I really appreciate that Cruz showed high quality thoroughness. Obviously, we needed it changed, which didn't take long or cost that much.
