  Excellent service from beginning to end. I had both of my windshields replaced through insurance, and he assisted me with the entire process, making everything incredibly easy and stress-free. He handled the insurance claim professionally, kept me updated the whole time, and the quality of work was outstanding. Finding someone trustworthy for insurance glass work is not easy, but this was honestly one of the smoothest service experiences I’ve had. Fast response, professional attitude, attention to detail, and perfect installation on both vehicles. Highly recommended — I will definitely use his service again and refer friends and family.

  Absolutely felt like we got bait and switched at the last minute. Initial customer service representative gave my wife a quote of $290 on the phone and confirmed that was the price even after she asked, "$290 is after labor, taxes, and adhesives, correct?" He confirmed, only to have the technician bill us for $625 when he got here. Not sure how pricing swings by almost 400 dollars at the drop of a hat, but we will definitely not be bringing our business or recommendations here.
