- KCKathleen Curtiss1 day ago5.0Safelite technician (Kevin) arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did meticulous work. Very satisfied. Highly recommend Safelite.
- SJSebastien JOct 8, 20265.0The technician, Brian, was great, he finished the job in under 2 hours and was able to recover my apartment gate and epass stickers and transfer them onto the new windshield.
- BMBBL MGMTSep 28, 20261.0The Altamonte Springs location is awful. Customer Service is a joke. Me and 2 others walked in and waited over 20 minutes for the receptionist to come in from the shop to address us, while she sat on a chair hiding in the shop (we could see her). The shop was blaring offensive music. The “fix” to my windshield you can see, and its right in my field of view when i drive. She told me it would take 3 weeks to order a new one! why didn't they tell me that before I took off work to come in and fix it? She tells me i can come back if something happens to the “fix”, but it would tale weeks to order everything. I used to love safelite because they would come to the home of office. Now you have to go to their shop where its not handled in a professional way at all. What a waste of time. Best to use another company that does things professionally. Not happy with any of my dealings with them.
- EDElena DeLucaSep 22, 20265.0Justin from Safelite did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on our 1996 Suburban. It’s an older SUV, and he handled everything carefully and professionally. The new windshield looks great! Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. We really appreciate his great service!
- DJDwight JeffriesSep 21, 20265.0I had my Rain sensor windshield replaced by Safelight a young man named JUSTIN was my technician I used tbe Altamonte Springs shop .He came to my home and completed the work on my Mini Cooper s, which is not an easy replacement. But he was through and professional very knowledgeable about his work.
