  I hit an infamous Alachua pothole on my way home from work. Blew a tire and bent my rim. Called Mavis and they said, Come in and we’ll take care of it. I was happy it was being taken care of the same day. They were very kind and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience considering I was livid it had happened at all. They guided me on purchasing a rim they didn’t carry rims. They told me once I got the rim they’d install it for free for me. I will definitely return if I need anything else. Highly recommend! Great service and nice folks! .

  Great people great service. Kerrie was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick getting me checked in. The mechanics were fast and spot on with getting my car in and out. It was so nice being able to get everything done during my lunch break. Highly recommended and I will be back.

  I have a little emergency today and when I walked in, everybody was so nice. I needed some advice about an issue with my Ford F150 and they referred me to Jesse, the expert! When Jesse showed me what was going on he also noticed another issue that I had suspected for a long time but totally forgot about. He took care of me right away and I was on my way back to Tampa with no issues!!! The other guys were great too, we reminisced about hot rods and the best seafood restaurant that is NOT here in Florida! Boy I miss Ivar's! Thanks guys! I highly recommend this place! 💞 I will definitely go back to this place.

  First time ever at Mavis and I was impressed. Kerrie got me in & out in about 25 minutes! I had ordered a new tire online and had an 8:00 appointment. When I arrived, they got the car in quickly and I was checking out at 8:25! I asked to keep the old tire and they ever put it in a plastic bag before putting it in the back of my Durango. And it wasn’t even all that dirty!!! Anyway, I was impressed and will definitely be back when I actually need to replace my tires.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire, and I especially want to recognize Kerrie, the Assistant Manager. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. Kerrie’s customer service really stood out. She was friendly, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a positive experience. Her professionalism and attention to detail are a great reflection of Mavis Tire. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond the way Kerrie did. She deserves recognition for the excellent job she’s doing. I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tire location, especially because of employees like Kerrie!
