  Boyce was the man. Although I was a bit annoyed that the tires I just bought a couple months ago, where not available when I had a nail in my tire. Had to pay out $100. Could have been worse.

  The service here was great! Kerrie was the one who fixed me up and was able to explain things to me. I had my breaks changed and tires rotated. Again everyone was so nice and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

  I've been here multiple times, and had good service for the most part, however my last visit a few weeks ago frustrated me greatly. I went in to get my oil plug checked, and they did their complementary inspection. I was told my rear brake pads are 90% worn and should be replaced within the next week or so. I couldn't afford what they were asking for price wise, so I went elsewhere. Come to find out, my brake pads AREN'T 90% worn, and I DON'T need them replaced, not for at least 6-9 months. This was confirmed by not only the mechanic, but a second one, not working on my car, and the manager of the place I went to. He said "I have no idea why they told you they were 90% worn". This makes me question all other times I've gone to Mavis and the recommended services that were heavily implied to become problems down the line. What else have I paid them to do that wasn't necessary? I won't be going back again, I can no longer trust their word.

  Went for an alignment then was told that they couldn't cause I needed 8 caster camber brackets. And they left my lower bolt lose . Went to another alignment shop and they told me I don't need 8 caster camber, and that you guys have no clue on what your people are doing zero stars

  I needed my tire patched,, and dropped it off on a Saturday morning. A new employee behind the counter was attentive, polite,cand very helpful. Two hours later, I got the call that my tire was patched. I arrived, snd the same employee was very squeared-away. My experiences at Mavis are always reslly great, and the pricing is fair.
