Super fast with my oil change and very friendly! A bit pricey,I paid over $100 for an oil change and that was with a $20 coupon. The waiting area is very clean and roomy with vending machines, wifi, and tv. Also a Dairy Queen right next door.

After being turned down by another tire place while trying to get our airboat trailer tires replaced, we went to the Alachua Mavis and had a great experience. Kerrie and the other staff members were friendly and helpful and, even on a busy Saturday afternoon, they got our tires changed out within an hour.

Had a great experience at Mavis today! My girlfriend’s SUV had a tire that lost 11 PSI throughout the day, so I brought it in to have it checked out. They pulled the tire off, thoroughly inspected it for a leak, and discovered that the problem was simply a bad valve core. They replaced the valve core, made sure everything was good to go, and sent me on my way with a repaired tire and peace of mind—**all at absolutely no charge!** That kind of customer service goes a long way. They could have easily charged me for their time, but instead they took care of the problem and earned a future customer. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need tires or have an issue. Highly recommend!

Great experience at the Alachua branch of Mavis. I was visiting from out of town and noticed one of my tires losing pressure. Mavis was within walking distance to my hotel so I decided to have them take a look. Kerrie at the front desk was super helpful, got me in right away, and their mechanic had figured out the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours, despite it being a very busy game day Saturday. Highly recommended!

My mom's car had a shake when we drove it so we stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes to see if the tire was splitting. Boyce was very quick to check the tire and say it didn't seem to be splitting but he would have the car checked to make sure there wasn't anything else going wrong with the car. The team was very speedy in checking it and letting us know they were going to take it for a drive since they didn't see anything wrong. After taking the car out they said everything seemed fine and they took their time answering all our questions. Before we left they mentioned the back tire's bolts were not as tight as the front so they tightened them and if that didn't fix it let them know. Our drive home was very smooth and the team at Mavis is now my mom's favorite people.
