  Do not waste your money here—new ownership has ruined it. I paid $79.96 for their "Super Service" and received incredibly poor service and an uncleaned car.There is zero communication between the staff. The salesperson who took my money promised one thing, but the detailing crew did a terrible job. When I pointed out the dirty spots to the cleaner, he literally told me he "didn't have time" and that the car was done.When I went back to the salesperson to complain, he just brushed me off and told me to go find a manager named "Eddy"—who wasn't even on the property. Instead, another employee came out and aggressively argued with me, claiming that for $80 they don't clean windows or doors (completely contradicting what the salesperson told me).This facility was recently taken over by new ownership, and they have jacked up the prices by almost 60% while delivering awful service. Avoid this place at all costs.

  First time ever bringing my car to a car wash. The older man who cleaned my car was rude and then proceeded to demand a tip. Never going back.Was not a positive experience. I paid $51.99 for the upgraded wash to treat myself for a change and I get treated like garbage in exchange?

  I had high hopes for this car wash because I’ve never had an issue using the white glove in Newark. I decided to buy the most expensive car wash available and waited 15 minutes for my car to be dried off. However, after 15 minutes, they all went back inside and never even dried off my car. It felt like a complete joke. I wasted a lot of money, and now I’m on my way to Newark to get my car washed to remove all these hard water spots.

  I came here for a basic car wash! But it hands down nothing basic about it! The owner himself went above and beyond to clean my car! I will be getting the membership!! Haven’t been here in over a decade and still top notch service! THANK YOU!!!!
