  We had a terrible experience at this location. They appraised our vehicle online for a value of 11.5k and we were expecting some deduction from that amount after inspection. Our car had a minor fender bender 6 years back and a few scratches/dents. Otherwise, mechanically and electronically the vehicle was solid and had no issues. We were honest online in pointing out all the cosmetic issues. So we were expecting a straightforward interaction. The dude who inspected our car kept the car running for 30 minutes and took his sweet time with inspection. After test driving when he sat down to negotiate he went through a dizzying array of flaws with the vehicle and said he would offer us 2k for a toyota rav4 that is still very capable and whose current market value after the fix can easily for 16k or more. When we started to walk away and not let him finish his pitch, he accused us of being "difficult" and "abrasive." Next day I took the same car to CarMax and got appraised for 10.5k and sold the vehicle to them. It was a waste of time with these guys. Only afterwards I learned of their business model. Unlike CarMax or Carvana they don't flip the car back to direct customers. They are sub-wholesalers and they sell cars to other wholesalers. So they can't pay you top dollar for a really good car. Maybe they are good for scraps and other low-value cars which might not interest other direct-to-consumer dealers. So if you have a solid car and looking for a competitive offer, avoid these guys.

  Fairly simple process, from start to finish. Initial offer was low, but Joe did everything in his power to help us get a more acceptable price for our vehicle. I would use this service again if/when I have another vehicle to sell quick.
