  I’ve used Valvoline a few times and I’m normally happy with the service, but this time I wasn’t very happy, after getting my cars oil changed I was pulling out of the garage bay when one of the mechanics stopped me , and asked me to pull in to the parking lot because something was leaking from underneath my car. Oil was heavily dripping from the oil drain plug. The mechanic instructed me to drive around the building and to pull into the service bay, well when I did that I was now at the end of a line with 2 other cars ahead of mine took 30 minutes to get back in the service bay,The temperature was 103 degrees outside I was baking in my car because I didn’t want to leave the engine running because that made the oil leak much worse so I couldn’t turn on the A/C. In the end the mechanic didn’t install the new brass washer on the drain plug causing the oil to leak out the mechanic now installed the new washer and I was on my way home . This visit took about an hour and a half, they advertise 15 minutes . I may think twice before ever returning in the future.

  I drive out of my way to come to this Valvoline! Middletown can take a few lessons. This is a true 15 min oil change experience, with competent, kind folks. Mark and Joe were the ones on the grind today, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Getting me in and out in this 95 degree weather, bless their souls. Even got an extra service because the tides (and oil change line) were in my favor today! Would 10/10 recommend.

  I always have a great experience getting oil change for 3 family cars here. First time I got a different procedure done on my car and this was also excellent and quick. Workers are very friendly and happy to explain procedures or answer any questions you might have. Time waiting goes by pretty fast and you're on your way!

  I had the best experience today! From the moment I pulled in, Ricardo greeted me and immediately got to work checking my lights, windshield washer fluid, tire pressure, and everything else needed to get my vehicle ready for service. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. Shortly after, I was greeted by Mark, the manager, who was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel welcome and reassured me that they would have me taken care of and back on the road in no time. This was by far the best and fastest oil change experience I’ve ever had at Valvoline, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Even though this location was very busy with multiple customers waiting for service, the team worked efficiently and kept everything moving smoothly without ever making anyone feel rushed. The level of customer service, professionalism, and teamwork was truly impressive. A huge thank you to Ricardo, Mark, and the entire staff for such an outstanding experience. Keep up the amazing work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will be returning to this location and telling everyone I know to visit this location for all there oil changes.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Valvoline. I stopped in for an oil change because this was the only time I had available due to working full-time in healthcare while also taking college classes. Even after explaining my schedule, the staff refused to change my oil simply because I still had a few hundred miles left before the recommended interval. As the customer, I should be able to decide when it’s most convenient to have my vehicle serviced. I wasn’t asking for unnecessary repairs—just an oil change at a time that fit my schedule. Instead of being understanding or accommodating, I was turned away. I left frustrated and inconvenienced. Customer service should include listening to customers and respecting their time. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to Valvoline in the future.
