  Purchased a CX60 Volvo Hybrid Plug-in yesterday. Working with John and the rest of the staff at Union Park Volvo was an absolute pleasure. John is a great communicator and never gave up on getting us to the deal we were looking for. We hate buying cars, but I must admit that this experience was easy and stress free. I highly purchasing from this dealer. We are SO excited about our new car!

  My experience was great from the beginning to the end. I had a wonderful sales person, John Mason Great guy, but they are holding my hand through the whole process always with encouraging words standing in contact, Kept me updated along with Robert Completing the process of my purchase. Kudos to the Volvo team

  I did extensive research before coming to this location and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted. While I am very happy with my vehicle, I would NEVER purchase another Volvo from Union Park, nor would I recommend this location to others. The salesperson, John, did not seem particularly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He gave me incorrect pricing information and was unable to answer several of my questions about the vehicle’s features. In hindsight, I should have considered those things red flags. The day I came to pick up my vehicle, the detailing job was HORRIBLE! John tried to fix it, but unfortunately, he only made things worse, so my car had to go back to the detailer—which meant I had to wait even longer. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Robert Nestor, was even worse. He was extremely condescending and made several comments that I found insulting and completely inappropriate. I was also given inaccurate information about when the vehicle’s service had been completed. Less than 90 days after purchasing the vehicle, I was already due for an oil change and maintenance. Additionally, it took nearly the entire 90 days for me to receive my tags because they had not even been ordered until I called a few weeks before my temporary tags were set to expire. However, I cannot say enough positive things about the service manager, Dave. He was extremely patient, thorough, honest, and even apologized for my experience with the sales team. If you need to have your Volvo serviced, the service department has been wonderful. I am the second person in my family to own a Volvo, and so many of my family members and friends have loved my vehicle that they have gone on to purchase Volvos of their own. After learning of my experience at Union Park, they decided to purchase at the Cherry Hill dealership and have all received exceptional service. If you are looking to purchase a Volvo, I strongly recommend any location other than Union Park! If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely purchase the same vehicle—I just would not purchase it from this location.
