  We had a great experience purchasing our Volvo. The showroom was very family friendly with games for kids to play with. John and his team were kind, thorough, and detail oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership.

  I had a great experience buying my xc90 yesterday with John! From the moment I called interested about a specific car I received vip treatment.When I arrived he had the car pulled up front with the keys ready for me to take the test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the Volvo products and features;which was so helpful since this was my first Volvo purchase. I typically am not a fan of the car buying process but he said it was going to be fun and it was! In addition working with Jim in finance was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and straightforward about all of my warranty options with full transparency about my specific desired options with potential outcomes for each question I asked. I would highly recommend working with price Volvo. They have changed my personal perspective on the car buying experience to a very positive one. I look forward to working with them again with future purchases and will be referring my friends and family to them as well!

  We have been thinking about purchasing or leasing a Volvo for quite sometime. My wife starting reading about the pros and cons of buying vs leasing. We chose to lease based on our age and financial situation. We chose to go to Union Park Volvo Cars based on reviews and location. We basically knew what model and accessories we wanted. We were trading in a car and had a good idea what we wanted to get for it. With that in mind we made the call and spoke to John Mason and scheduled an appointment to see what was available and test drive. John greeted us upon arrival and he showed us what was there in the model we wanted. We picked a car to test drive and off we went. We took a good test drive and as we were driving John gave us a little history lesson about the DuPont’s of Wilmington DE. We knew we wanted a Volvo so we went in and started talking about $$. We picked the car we wanted and reasonably quickly we had agreed to a price for our trade in and purchase price. The whole time John did not try to put us in a car we didn’t want or add additional features. We put down a small deposit and returned the next morning to seal the deal. The car went to the “SPA” and was immaculate when we received it. We went through the paperwork process with the business manager Jim Waters who was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He answered all our questions and printed all documents for us and emailed all documents to us as well. Buying a car is one thing I hate to do, I would rather go to the dentist but I have to admit everything went super smooth, no pressure at all, and we received a call from John the following day to check in on us. Asked us if we had any questions and advised us to call at anytime if we did. I would definitely recommend Union Park Volvo Cars along with John Mason and Jim Waters.
