NOT a pushy sales guy and helped me get a great deal - 10 out of 10 recommend. Drove over an hour from NJ and worth the trip! The lady from the office was also very kind and mailed the title so I didn't have to put extra miles on my beautiful new Jetta!

Nahojiar and the staff I worked with at Smith VW where great. Smooth, easy, quick transaction and never felt pressured at all. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle.
- DDDannyGAug 15, 20263.0I brought my Passat TDI here for 100k service and coolant flush. The guys were great! They explained the price and it was as expected. No issues . Fast-forward to the next day and I noticed my tires weren’t rotated. The reason I know that is cause my daughter drew on the passenger side front tire and it was still in the same place easily overlooked I guess so I didn’t complain or say anything it is what it is. Now fast forward 4000 miles and the add oil light is on. I had to add a quart of oil and now….. Add DEF light is on. I need to add DEF. So they didn’t rotate my tires, shorted me some oil and a gallon of DEF. What else in the 100k service wasn’t done? Shameful.
- MLMountain LoverAug 10, 20261.0I bought a car from here in March 2026. I work remotely so have driven around 4k miles since buying it. Come to find out it has a cracked headgasket. Upwards of 3-5k for repair. They were traded a beautiful 2018 pickup truck because I wanted out of the payments and no car payment moving forward and then waited until the very last day of the temporary tags to rudely tell me come get the title because there was a delay is them receiving my truck title from out of state. I would highly recommened to steer clear. They were very nice until I had questions. Will be contacting the BBB about this establishment.
