    I had an airbag recall on my 2016 Volkswagen beetle.I scheduled one week ago, they said that they would have a loaner for me . I got to the service station at 7:45 am they informed me that they did not have a loaner. I asked him why, I explained to him that I called one week in advance, and I was reassured By the receptionist that I would have a loaner. His reply was well, we just don’t have a loaner. He did not apologize, he did not offer for me to reschedule which I wouldn’t have anyway, but their customer service was not accommodating at all, and I will never bring my vehicle to Smith’s Volkswagen .Poor planning on their end . ::::: after reading their response to my Review they said that they prioritize their loaners!!! Hmm, I wasn’t informed of that when I made my appointment and considering how Volkswagen corporation has been harassing me to get this airbag fixed because it could cause death I think the recall repair should be #1 priority so this just proves to me that your priorities need to be reevaluated. Have a good day moving forward😡🤦‍♀️

    I’ve brought my car here twice for service. The customer service has generally been good, so I appreciate that. However, my main concern is the lack of communication about my vehicle’s condition. The dealership did not provide a video explaining the inspection results or any recommended services for my vehicle. They also did not provide a multi-point inspection report outlining the condition of my vehicle’s components or identifying any maintenance or repairs that may be needed. I’ve been to other VW dealerships that consistently provide both a multi-point inspection report and a video walkthrough of the inspection. Those tools help customers better understand the condition of their vehicle and any recommended maintenance. I feel this is a disservice to customers. As a vehicle owner, I want to be informed about my vehicle’s condition and any recommended maintenance so I can make informed decisions and keep my vehicle in good working order. I hope this dealership considers offering the same level of transparency and communication in the future.

    After reading a couple of your reviews i saw that i'm not the the first YOUNG GIRL you guys have taken advantage of. I'm sorry to inform you Mr.Matt but the explanation your providing is completely false I took my car to inspection w/o insurance!! The person who conducted my inspection told me I barely passed because of the tires and brakes. This is a very shady place that i will never be returning to especially after i tried contacted my salesman to find out that i was blocked shortly after posting my initial review. I went to this dealership hoping to buy my first car at 19 years old. My salesman, Myron, was friendly, welcoming, and even sent me home with a full tank of gas. Unfortunately, after purchasing the car, I realized I had been taken advantage of. The vehicle is a USED 2019 Nissan Altima with over 100,000 miles. After bringing it home, I discovered rust on the driver's side door that I couldn't see during the purchase because it was dark outside. The rear passenger door rattles at highway speeds, something I didn't notice during the test drive since we only drove on local roads. The tires were completely worn down, the brakes were in poor condition, and I later discovered a leak in the windshield washer fluid reservoir as well. I was initially drawn to this car because it was advertised at around $12,000, which seemed affordable for a first-time buyer. What I didn't fully understand at the time was that I was agreeing to a 72-month financing term with a 22.05% interest rate. By the time the loan is paid off, the total amount paid for this vehicle will be approximately $26,597. For a USED 2019 Nissan Altima with over 100,000 miles and multiple existing issues, I do not believe the financing terms or overall cost were reasonable. As a first-time buyer, I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age and lack of experience. When it came time to sign the paperwork and complete the financing process, Myron was not in the room and offered little guidance. My mom and I were left confused and unsure of what we were signing or agreeing to. I was even allowed to drive off the lot without having my driver's license with me or insurance on the vehicle. Looking back, I wish the condition of the car, the mileage, and the long-term cost of the financing had been explained more clearly before I signed anything. I really thought i was getting a good deal here made me feel like i could trust him but now i see the motive behind the sweet talking he gave me and my mom. THEY WILL BLOCK YOU AND NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AFTERWARDS.
