  Stress crack on inner layer of windshield on my wife's car so had to have it replaced. Scheduling etc. was fine. First time I drove the car, the heads up display didn't look right and I depend on it everytime I drive her car. Played with the settings, got marginally better, but still frustrating under certain driving conditions. Booked a follow-up appointment and was told it is what it is, nothing to be done. Quite disappointed. Of course a good price means a non-OEM replacement windshield...? Next time we will be careful to repace like with like.

  Staff was friendly and prompt, finished the job faster than expected. Cleaned up all the broken glass. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would recommend them to anyone.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joseph arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completely finished. Travelers Auto Insurance has a program for policyholders, and it worked flawlessly from start to finish. Joseph was clearly the highlight of the day. It’s great to have true professionals available when you need them. I highly recommend Safelite and am grateful to have met Joseph, as well as the ladies who scheduled our appointment so smoothly..

  My tech Jayden was very professional and kind. The calls to say he was arriving went to my VM without ringing. I was in a mtg so I missed my appt. When I noticed I had 2 VM’s— 2 hrs later I called back. I was given the techs phone #. He was so nice. He told me not to worry about it he would catch me on his way back. He showed up at noon and completed the task very quickly. He did a great job, no issues or concerns. This was completed in my work parking lot. I only pd my $50 deductible which was pd online prior to the service (hold) and transaction completed afterwards. No inconvenience to me whatsoever. This is the 3rd time we have used Safelite over the years and will continue to use them due to the positive experience we have had each time.
