  Excellent service from start to finish at Mavis Tires & Brakes! The staff was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get my car serviced. They explained everything clearly, had fair pricing, and made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  Was stuck in a tight spot with a flat tire. Had my vehicle towed in to Mavis overnight. I called first thing in the morning and was told the tire was already fixed and ready for pickup. A+ professionalism and speed from the fellas over at Mavis!

  I came here needing a tire replacement for my rover ,unfortunately they didn’t have the specific tire that I wanted.They directed me to where I can get the specific tire and they would mount it for me.when I returned they replaced my old tire from the rim with the new tire,I expected a big bill because my old tires was still stuck on the rim,but they fixed it 100%.when they were done while I waited, they called me and handed me the key and I asked how much I had to pay,they simply stated it’s on the house,no worries and didn’t charge me a penny.while it’s very generous,most importantly it’s the kind of service offered.i had never had this done for me,so I almost didn’t believe I was driving away without paying.They will always be my store for the kindness,generosity and exceptional service I received that day and would recommend this store off kirkwood and limestone rd to anyone with tire,brake issues.thank you again all staff at this Mavis🙏🏾

  Mavis on Kirkwood Highway, is definitely the place to go. I’m out enjoy Sunday, Funday and decided to DoorDash. I accept my first order and pull up to the restaurant to pickup. Exit my truck and hear a loud psssssssstttttttt. It was so loud, I knew it had to be my truck, panicking, I listen closely and as I put my ear to the rear tire on driver side, the sound got louder. Start fumbling through the truck, looking for anything I can possibly plug the tire with but after realizing it was a nail or thick screw, I jumped back in the truck and pull off, forgetting all about DoorDash. Kirkwood Highway, I headed. I stopped at PepBoys first but immediately through the car in reverse and continued up Kirkwood. My previous experience with PepBoys, let’s just say, they can’t be trusted. Pulled up to Mavis and literally parked, walked in and let Justin know wassup, and he literally put me right in the system and had his guys pull the truck around and inspect. David came back to let me know that it was a drill bit jammed inside the tire. They plugged the tire and I was done and out. When I say these guys know what customer service is, they made it feel like no big issue. I will definitely be coming here first for any car troubles and have them inspect it and let me know which way to go. They’re not tryna get over or upcharge or sell you any service you don’t need. Down to earth, honest, respectable and quick & efficient in service. Saving people money for 50 years, is definitely a true statement, because they saved me so much money, in just 20-30 minutes. Big shout out to Justin and David, they putting Mavis on the map fasho!!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
