Sat there, the least they could do is just acknowledge, give some updates, absolutely nothing. I am a civil person, so didnt show my frustration, I regret wasting huge amount of my time on a rare saturday. I blame myself more then anything. 1 star goes for me too for making this bad decision going with this location, and being too nice. Never again.
