  I worked with Troy at Wilmington hunting down a vehicle. He was incredible. Extremely responsive. Down to earth honest which was most important to me as a buyer. He took his time never rushed me answered every question I had and never made me feel like a bother. I genuinely cannot say enough. If you walk into Wilmington ask for Troy Mayer. You will not be disappointed.

  Great experience from start to finish! The dealer worked with me throughout the entire process. We were able to negotiate a deal that I was happy with, which also included an excellent warranty that gave me extra peace of mind with my purchase. Everything was handled professionally, and I left feeling good about both the car and the deal. No complaints at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  It was a fantastic experience. Troy Mayer was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He definitely helped us get a great deal on our car. We will definitely be coming back to Lexus again when we decide to get another car. Troy went above and beyond to help us and we could not have asked for someone better to help us purchase our car.

  My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350, and we had such a wonderful experience! We especially want to recognize our salesperson, Luis Cardona, who was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Luis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. He spent so much time with us going over all the features of our new RX 350 and explaining how everything worked. He never made us feel rushed and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail truly made a difference and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Luis really went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for all of his help! We also want to give a special thank you to Michael Casper, who handled our financing. Michael was just as helpful and pleasant to work with and made the financing process easy and stress-free. Both Luis and Michael made our entire car buying experience such a positive one.   UPDATE: I wanted to come back and add something important to my original review. We encountered an unexpected issue with our RX after bringing it home to Virginia. Once Sales Manager Chris became aware of the situation, he immediately stepped in and made sure it was addressed. Chris was attentive, professional, responsive, and genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the resolution. He went above and beyond to offer a solution, followed through exactly as promised, and made what could have been a frustrating post-purchase experience remarkably easy.To me, that says even more about the level of care and integrity behind this dealership, because the sale was long over and Chris still made our satisfaction a priority. Thank you, Chris! A+! Our experience with Lexus of Wilmington deserves to be shared! Living in Virginia, I had been searching for a very specific Lexus with the right year, mileage, and condition. Traveling to another state to purchase a vehicle requires a high level of trust, and this dealership earned ours. Kevin’s helpful initial responses gave us the confidence to continue, and our salesperson, Gage Wolfe, was exceptional from there. Gage was thoughtful, authentic, patient with my many questions, and consistently responsive. He anticipated our needs, made sure we had transportation from the train station, and even called after our purchase to check on us. Managers Tyler-Stephen and Andre carefully worked through the purchase details, including Virginia taxes and registration. The CARFAX and vehicle information were readily available, and when we arrived, the Lexus was exactly as described. Mike handled the final paperwork. Professional, responsive, honest, fair, and never pushy. We felt informed, respected, and treated like VIPs throughout. I absolutely love my Lexus! The trip from Virginia was well worth it, and we would return to Lexus of Wilmington without hesitation. Exceptional service and such a breath of fresh air.
