  Got my amazon tires delivered there for mounting. Scheduled app for mounting and alignment for 8am, got there and no technician on site. Dropped car and got call around 11am thats its done. Started driving car and noticed its making clicking noise when accelerating and braking. Car pulling to the right when left steering wheel. Got home and found 2 bolts(one on each side) loosen that hold mounts for lower control arm. Big safety issue!!!

  All was well in the beginning, started going for oil changes (which the last time they charged me over 100.00! The dealership doesn’t even charge that much just kept going up and up) then I had a battery put in then a few weeks later my alternator went. Brought it there and when I got my vehicle back my rear defroster light would blink. After about 60 seconds it would stop blinking and I was able to run AC and heat BUT the rear defroster doesn’t work. I told the manager there and he insisted it wasn’t anything they did meanwhile that light never blinked AND my rear defroster worked before this. I know for a fact it was when the alternator was replaced, they probably just forgot a connection or something may have grounded but the manager refused to address my concern. Beware of this place. I guess it’s good if you want an expensive oil change or tires but any semi major or major repairs definitely look elsewhere.

  I have been coming here for YEARS, and never had any problems… until now. The staff that USED to be up front were great, but there is a newer staff member up front with glasses that was just very standoffish and unnecessarily rude. I scheduled a 9am appointment on Wednesday 9/23 for ONE TIRE to be replaced. I came in at 9am, and sat waiting until 10am. When I finally went up front, I noticed my car was never taken back. When I asked the man at the desk why my car isn’t even back there yet, he had a major attitude, and said “um, there’s other cars they’re working on.” I responded with, “I understand, but people schedule appointments so that they can book that specific time and plan to get to work or something by a certain time. Why allow someone to book a specific appointment at the start of the day if you won’t even have that time available to work on their car, especially when it’s something that takes about 15 minutes in total to do?” He said, “well I’m trying to tell you that! Sometimes other cars come in for tires and end up needing brakes or something more! So they can’t just work on your car when you come in.” I said, “what sense does it make to schedule a 9am appointment then, for 1 tire replacement, if you do not have that time available? Or at least tell the person you’re behind! How long is it going to be until they bring my car back?!” And he shrugged his shoulders and just kept his negative attitude. Extremely unprofessional since the minute I walked in the door. And I’m naturally a cheery, positive person. I will no longer be coming back here because of one person’s attitude, and the wait after scheduling an appointment. They lost a loyal customer of 10+ years.

  I had an appointment for an oil change in my car only at 2pm I arrived a little early for the check-up, I lasted 2 hours waiting for my oil change, terrible it's just an oil change it shouldn't last more than 1 hour, I don't recommend it
