  I had an excellent experience with Hi-Tech Auto Body after my car was involved in an accident. When I first brought the car in, I was worried it would never look or feel quite the same again, but they completely exceeded my expectations. They took my car in and, most importantly, took their time with the repairs. It never felt like they were rushing just to get the vehicle out the door. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was repaired properly. When I finally got my car back, I was honestly amazed at the difference. It looked brand new, like the accident had never even happened. You couldn't tell where the damage had been, and everything looked clean, straight, and professionally finished. After going through the stress of an accident, having an auto body shop that takes care of your vehicle and returns it looking the way it did before the accident makes a huge difference. I couldn't be happier with the work Hi-Tech Auto Body did on my car. If you're looking for an auto body shop that takes its time, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in the finished product, I would definitely recommend Hi-Tech Auto Body. They did an amazing job bringing my car back to life, and I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again.

  Do not trust them with your vehicle. My insurance sent me to them after my brand new tonic yellow 2019 Honda Civic (less than 20k miles) was hit on the rear quarter/bumper while parked. About a week later, they let me know it was ready. I come to pick it up, and the repair job looks awful. The new bumper they put on is noticeably jutting out from the rear quarter panel. The body lines are FAR from lining up. Gaps in the trunk are uneven across the entire repair. It was so bad, everyone who saw the car after that noticed the repair job and could easily tell the car had been in an accident. In the end, I had to go back to my insurance company to have $2,000 more worth of repairs done at a different body shop to fix what this awful body shop had done. Bottom line: do not trust them with your car.

  Super impressed with the work I had done here - fair quote and excellent work. If you’re looking to have touch ups done in Wilmington High Tech is the way to go! Joel is a great guy and his team will take good care of your vehicle.
