  Rob and Joel did a fantastic job repairing my car back to its original form. There were some issues with my insurance company (State Farm) trying to low-ball the auto body shop by trying to get them to order after-market parts for a new car, which I really didn’t appreciate, but no fault of the auto body shop, as it eventually got worked out to the correct parts. The parts were on back order from the dealer, but it was not the fault of the auto body shop, as Rob kept me informed through the entire process. Due to all the issues with State Farm, my family and I are really considering moving on to a different auto insurance company that doesn’t hassle their customers like AllState and Geico. All in all, Rob and Joel did a really good job to the point that if a friend or I ever need a car repaired, I’ll always keep High Tech Auto Body in mind for further work.

  My vehicle was damaged during this last snow/ice storm (February 2026), and High Tech Auto did a phenomenal job bringing my truck back to life. The communication and professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend Joel and his amazing Techs.

  Joel and his team has always been fair with pricing and provided excellent work. The standard of professionalism and workmanship in the shop is exemplary. If you see something that do not look to standard on your review they will correct it. That’s why they have you do an inspection prior to leaving the shop. Of course if you call back shortly afterwards for something you missed they will go over it with you. He is timely as well and if parts are not available in fashionable time someone calls and informs you of such. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the services I’ve received. Joel and his team are Excellent in my opinion. I do not know standard of grading car repair shops but this one gets not only 5 stars but AAA’s as well. Keep up the good work Hi Tech Auto body in Elsmere, DE 107 Baltimore Ave. In order to not be confused with another shop.

  Brought my 07 Dodge Ram here after an accident denting and gashing the whole driver side of my truck, so this was an insurance claim, in which Joel (the owner) made extremely convenient for me. So long story short the insurance company failed to supplement a few of the damages, yet high tech auto body took responsibility and made the repairs ANYWAY completely free. Then to put the icing on the cake I misplaced the original claim check the day before pickup, had NO extension on the rental car, not only did Joel suggest leaving the rental to them, he even agreed to cover any out of pocket cost to my convenience. Starting a new job far away I had no time to resolute the financial issue. Putting my mind at ease, Without hesitation Joel agreed to release the truck to me without complete payment (the amount was over 2k) knowing it would be two weeks before receiving re-issued check, and did it all with a friendly hospitable attitude, and did nothing but try to please me "the customer" . Even allowed my girlfriend to pick up the truck for me, and would NOT accept any tip even though we insisted due to the inconvenience we caused. And overall my truck LOOKS AMAZING! And the interior was trashed when I braught it to him, I got it back with a new truck smell and a spotless interior... no idea how they got that "work truck smell" out ... def recommend going here if you want quality work and service, as far as cost go I can't hinestly review that hense I didn't pay technically.... but I'd assume any price would be worth these guys!
