But everyone was kind and helpful and took great care of every customer quickly and completely as they could. I got a nice 2026 car which was perfect!! Thank You ,Enterprise!!

- SGSusmita GuptaAug 6, 20261.0Upon picking up the vehicle, the gas tank was only two-thirds full despite us paying in advance for a full tank, and the interior it was barely clean and there was a strong persistent foul odor like that of a wet dog. The odor was so severe that we had to drive with the windows rolled down the entire time, which was particularly uncomfortable for all the passengers. I had called the customer service line and they had conveyed that the local manager will call to address these concerns. Its been three days and I have not heard from anyone.
- JWJoseph WallsJul 30, 20265.0I needed a vehicle to get to work while mine was in the shop. So I won't speak on selection of vehicles because it didn't matter to me. I will speak on the process. Pretty straightforward and rather easy. Most of the check in can be done online before you get there. The staff was pleasant and professional. I would encourage customers to read the requirements to rent a vehicle. As they are different depending on debit or credit cards. Other than that, I would definitely use Enterprise again.

Very professional and hard working crew they have there. The young buck even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my rental. Again if you’re looking for a rental , Kirkwood Enterprise is the place to go. Hats off to them.
