  Charlie was awesome. They were sore staffed as only he and the manager while it was extremely busy. They kept their composure and had genuine smiles. We were switching our reservation from another location and the entire process went very smoothly. We got the vehicle we wanted, for our teen day trip and this location will definitely be our go-to from now on.

  Enterprise provided a rental car very quickly after our van broke down on the way to our vacation. It was perfect for us, and we continued the journey, losing only a little time. Thank you for your positive attitude, nice clean car, and clear communications. Great job!

  I have rented cars in NC, numerous times. This store is not very nice. Limited selection! My local enterprise up graded me for free. I drive a Maxima platinum. They put me in a Mazda that wouldn't get out of its own way on the road * PLUS CHARGED ME $5.00 A DAY after my car was hit. Upon return of the car , there was one employee that left the store to wash a customer's car. I waited 40 min *** CRICKETS*** I decided to put keys in the over night box. Please Go to another location. Last rental they gave me an audi..... this store is lacking..staff , customer service. Very run down building.

  I can in the office and was ask what do you want in here i was very disrespected because I'm black and was told we don't give out trucks and told the next person to come forward never come to these places again
