  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I contacted the branch more than seven times regarding an issue and even spoke directly with a manager. I kept getting pushed around to Citations or Corporate - I was told I would receive a follow-up email, but I never received any response. After returning my vehicle, I was issued a traffic ticket that I did not incur while the vehicle was in my possession. The charge was later placed on my credit card without my authorization. I attempted to resolve this both with the branch and corporate, but I received no meaningful help or resolution from either. Given that I was already dealing with an accident that was not my fault and only needed a temporary rental for two weeks, I expected basic support and accountability. Instead, I felt completely left without assistance during and after the rental period. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer support in handling this situation.

  My insurance policy provided coverage for a daily rate of at least $65. However, the vehicle I received exceeded this amount, resulting in additional charges per day. Furthermore, I was not ever presented with any options for vehicle selection; one was assigned to me from the start. This situation has led me to believe that I was subjected to excessive and unwarranted charges.
