The staff member was very nice and he gave me a small rental car that was similar to my car, which I felt comfortable driving.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. From the moment I walked into the store, the manager who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even try to help me with my situation. I simply wanted to exchange my rental vehicle for another one, and instead of receiving assistance, I was treated with disrespect. If the manager doesn’t enjoy his job, perhaps he should consider finding another one. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with his bad attitude or lack of professionalism. Customer service, communication, and customer satisfaction were absolutely disappointing. I would give this location 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I much prefer Hertz, but unfortunately, since my rental is being handled through my insurance company, I had no choice but to deal with this terrible experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I came in unprepared as this was my first time renting a vehicle not knowing any steps or paperwork required. Luckily a manager by the name of Mike was very professional and patiently walked me through the best options for my daughter’s birthday vacation. The experience was smooth and very accommodating I would highly recommend if anyone is looking to rent from this location. Thanks again to Mike and his great employees.

Customer service representatives are always on point and are usually very thorough in their attempts to deliver excellent customer service during pick up and drop off.
