  I always go to this Autozone (6592)because the service at neighboring autozones is atrocious. Today this locations manager lowered their bar on customer service as well. There were 5 customers in the store and the manager had one additional worker when I came in. The worker informed the manager that she had to cover the register because he had to install a car battery for another customer. Mind you, during this entire time, the manager was on a personal bluetooth phone call. Several times speaking poorly about the customers asking for assistance. One person was purchasing an alternator and she brought out the wring part. She insisted the customer was wrong, even though he had the old part and you could easily see that physically the two parts were not the same. Next a customer needed her to punch in a clearance, on self check out, because he scanned an item twice. He received a attitude that all the remaining customers noticed and acknowledged. I needed two filters for my car. The same manager (CSR #19) created an employee shopping cart, handed it to me and said the filters are on the back wall, go grab them and come back. Although I am capable of, I have never been told to get my own parts off the wall. Cleaning supplies, vanity items, oil, thats different but never an item such as air and cabin filters. During my interaction she was talking to someone on her bluetooth who had ordered her door dash, which she paused my transaction to accept. I come here because of the convenience, knowledge and customer service. I called for the store manager several but never was put in touch. I left my phone number and never received a call back. I expect a little better from this establishment. I know you utilize cameras but maybe a few secret shoppers could help as well. Don’t take a customer service job if that courtesy isn’t in you. Do better.

  Tina at this location is so knowledgeable and helpful! Appreciated her input and recommendation on a product for a problem that I was having with my car. Previously, I bought a battery here and Brian was nice enough to install it. Friendly and helpful staff every time I’ve been here. Recently went back to this location and Angel was very helpful checking alternator, starter, and battery. Employees are always willing to help and make suggestions on products. Thank you so much!

  The store manager, Chris C, was so helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend going to see him with any questions or concerns about your vehicle!

  The store manager, Chris, doesn’t have any basic knowledge about cars. If you mess with him, he will give you the wrong part. Seriously, he’s required to put information in the system (computer), then the system tells him what to pull off the shelves. This guy can’t even get that right! So, basically, you don’t need education to be the store manager of AutoZone.
