  I needed help and a younger parts manager named Anthony Mangini really went above and beyond for me. I was so confused on what I needed to purchase and he really knew his information on the car I had and what I needed to buy. I hope that Autozone keeps him as I have recently referred my family to go there also and they all said that he helped them so much and that they will be returning for him.

  I always have a great experience at this AutoZone location. Every time I come in, Kevin takes care of me and goes above and beyond to help with whatever I need. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly a subject matter expert when it comes to vehicle parts and repairs. Today was no exception—I came in and couldn’t find the parts I needed, but Kevin and Rob stepped in right away. They worked together to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I left feeling confident and extremely happy with the service. It’s rare to find such consistent, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service. Huge thanks to Kevin and Rob for always making my visits a positive experience!

  Very helpful team. I stopped in to get new wiper blades and from the "may I help you?" to the time I drove off with them installed was probably a total of 10 minutes. My indecisiveness on which brand/type of blades to get (all me, not their fault) was probably responsible for half of that. 10/10 Will stop in for future needs.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location due to the behavior of the manager, Rob. I came in with a clearly leaking battery that is still under warranty — which is a safety concern and should be treated as a defect without hesitation. Instead of offering help or showing any concern, Rob was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to stand behind the warranty. There was no sense of urgency or customer care, even given the hazardous nature of a leaking battery. As a longtime customer, I expected professionalism and basic support, but this experience was the complete opposite. I ultimately had to go to another AutoZone location, where the issue was handled properly and without any hassle. Customer service should be consistent across all locations, and unfortunately, this manager failed to meet even the minimum standard. I will not be returning to this location.
