  Employees there are completely horrible the "gentleman" that rang me out was very rude, talked over me and cut me off when I tried to dispute about my total because I was doing an oil and filtered deal. All I was trying to do explain to him that the sign clearly says free STP oil filter up to the value of $11.99 it even shows that exact same filter that I picked out on the app that would grant me it for free if I bought a certain type of oil which I did I've been doing my own oil changes and working on my own car for years and it seems like I get the deal I want when I do it online but every time I go in it seems to be a problem. I've worked in customer service almost all my life I would never dreamed of cutting off a customer talking over them. And when I go and rest my hand on the keypad because I was going to put my phone number in for the rewards when it was my time to put my number in and he snapped at me and says to me I know you want to put your number in just give me a minute very rude very condescending if this is how you guys are going to have your store then I have no problem then to just take my money elsewhere.

  Chris went above and beyond to help us! We were having trouble installing the passenger side wiper and returned to the store about 15 minutes before closing. Chris came right outside to help, figured out that the wiper itself was the issue, found the correct replacement, and made sure everything was installed and working properly before we left. Even though it was almost closing time, he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. I really appreciated how willing he was to help and make sure we were completely taken care of. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond! You definitely deserve the recognition!

  Just because the Web site says they have it in stock, doesn't mean they do. Good luck finding a helpful staff member if you have a quick question.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at the AutoZone in Wilmington, Delaware. I was miles away from home when my car battery unexpectedly died, and what could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating day became a memorable experience because of Robert, the store manager. From the moment I walked into the store, Robert greeted me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. He understood that I was in a difficult situation and immediately made it a priority to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Rather than simply pointing me toward the correct battery, he took the time to ensure I had exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was that Robert went above and beyond by personally installing the new battery for me. Knowing I still had a two-hour drive ahead of me, he didn't hesitate to step outside and complete the installation himself. His efficiency, knowledge, and positive attitude turned what could have been a very stressful experience into one filled with relief and gratitude. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Robert reminded me that there are still people who truly care about helping others. He wasn't just doing his job—he demonstrated compassion, urgency, and pride in serving his customers. Those qualities made a lasting impression on me.
