one of the best experiences i've had with any mechanic/tire shop to date! super friendly staff, my tire was replaced in less than 45 minutes, great price. tj was super swift and helped make a bad situation of a flat tire not feel heavy

Took my car in for an oil change on Saturday. I come back, the guy at the desk tells me I have an oil leak. I take my car to Honda to have it looked at and they tell me that when the oil change was done that the oil wasn't drained properly and splashed back in the bottom of the car which is what was causing the "leak." This was the first oil change I did not have done by Honda. I had to pay $200+ for them to clean it. Very very annoying. Update - I've contacted corporate for a refund as I've yet to hear from the location regarding my review.

I took my vehicle to Mr. TIRE to replace spark plugs and the ignition coil because my engine light came on and the diagnostic said one of the pistons was misfiring. When they removed the spark plug, they found oil in the well. So they determined that the leak was caused by a bad gasket. They replaced the gasket, spark plugs, and did an oil change. That cost me $2300. They next day, I noticed a bigger oil leak and the smell of burning oil. I took my car back in and after investing, Mr. Tire determined that the turbo line was leaking. They said they did not have the ability to order the part or complete the work and recommended I take my vehicle to the dealership. So, now my vehile is leaking and burning oil worse than before I brought it in originally. (The excessive oil leak and smell of burning oil was not happening before the original visit). Now, I can not drive my vehicle due to the danger of the oil line feed spraying oil and causing an engine fire. After spending $2300, my car is worse off than when I had it serviced.

I will never return to this establishment ever again. I took my vehicle there for a simple oil change and due to their negligence, my engine was ruined due to coolant and oil leaking inside as well as leaking into the undercarriage. I am so disappointed and morally disgusted. They refuse to accept fault and have given me the run around.

I typically always go to the Camden, DE location and I have never had any issues with that shop. However, in Smyrna..they don't have to worry about me ever going back there again. The store is short staffed (which I understand that is not within their control). You will have to wait 2hrs or more to even get your car looked at. I went in a week prior due to me having concerns about my front end suspension. Later I was told it was the engine mount. However my suspension issues still haven't been addressed so I had to come back a week water to get the part put on due to my availability. In total of wait time, I spent 4hrs a day for 3 days with my car. Never again.
