- SMS MAug 21, 20265.0I wish I could give more than 5 stars! After having the daylights scared out of me because my car was struggling to start, I called and spoke with Rob. He explained Advanced Auto Parts not only had a the battery I needed there, but at a great price! Plus they provide free installation and testing! Once I got there after work, Jeremy was phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of everything efficiently. Jeremy also took time to answer all my questions ( beyond any level of service I’ve received from two local mechanics). Jamal was also very kind, hearing my ongoing battle with the previous mechanics and understood where I was coming from. I cannot thank this team enough for their time, service, and commitment to helping me. I am now, and will always be an Advance Auto Parts Selbyville Customer. I will certainly go to them before even speaking to another mechanic.

More impressively, and as busy as Chip probably is, he was responsive and had the issue remedied by the following morning, on a Saturday, no less!!!! I can say enough about this rewarding customer service experience- Well Done!!!
