  I contacted the store inquiring about their stock in an item. The woman who answered was clearly angry that I contact them close to closing time (9:53 and they close at 10 and I’m aware that this could make things difficult). She said that she could look, but that she is the only one there and was watching the register so it would take a while. The item we were looking for we needed first thing in the morning so it was really important we got the information we called for. I informed her that I was happy to be placed on hold for as long as she needed considering she was the only one working and that I called close to closing time. We were put on hold for well over 15 minutes and she never returned to the phone. I am fairly certain there was not a line out the door at the register 10 minutes before closing. I would have preferred that she was just honest with us and told us she couldn’t look instead of ghosting us over the phone.

  I walked up to the counter and st least 4 people that worked there kept walking right past me and didn't say a word .. Start taking your business elsewhere because obviously they don't need or want it. I actually had to call the store FROM the store to get anyone's attention Gary Birch P.S. autozone will d Say it's not the impression .they don't want to leave a person with but in viewing the other complaints they have no problem with and obviously don't plan on changing anything. Please read the negative reviews . That is a good representation of this store. Change management or continue to lose money

  I needed assistance with my car and the staff and manager were no help. The manager looks lost . Andrew needs assistance and that’s your manager ?

  I popped in here because I needed a few parts for a quick fix on my car, and I was really happy with how helpful the staff were. One of the employees took the time to walk me over to exactly what I needed and even offered a few tips on how to install it properly. The store was well-stocked and clean, so it didn't take me long to find everything on my list. It is a reliable place to go when you are dealing with minor vehicle troubles and want honest advice without feeling like you are being sold things you do not need.

  Every time I go in there by myself, I get treated like I’m incompetent and have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever. Had an employee try to tell me today that they don’t sell 5W-40 Euro oil and never have. Which is awfully funny considering I’ve been getting my Euro oil from that store for 2 years now. That’s fine. Good thing Advanced Auto has it.
