Also, they are quick with their services and if there will be a delay, they are quick to communicate that. I have yet to have a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to go!!!

There were no eyes rolls when I came in about 40 minutes before closing requesting quick help. The front desk worker was kind and professional, finishing with his current customers before getting to me. He quickly assessed the situation and let me know my options. He was honest about what needed to be done without being pushy, which I genuinely appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to get my repair done, especially when showing up close to closing time. I will definitely be going back to them for any future tire emergencies!
- HHHome sweet HomeMay 4, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change and when I arrived I was told they was a 3 hour wait because there was other people ahead of me. When I asked why would they schedule so many appoints at the same time I was told “that’s how we roll”. I run a business and I would never use such verbiage. I then ask if I could speak to a manager and the gentleman said we all are managers. At this point I felt as I was being toyed with. I assure you this, I will never come back to such a horrible establishment as such. Thank you Mavis for ensure that I would never return.
