  I am going to use Enterprise for my future car rentals because everything went smoothly the past 2 times I used them, and when I recently tried another rental car company it was a bad experience. The representatives at both of Enterprise's Newark, DE stores are always professional, helpful, and friendly.

  The staff was extremely helpful and their customer service skills exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even about purchasing a used vehicle.

  Went to this location. I got an initial refund due to incorrect time entry. Afterwards, the charge was put back onto my card to which I called and explained what happened. I was told I would receive a refund, but after days of waiting, I never actually got it. Then when I went to dispute the charge with my bank, Enterprise had the nerve to dispute the request so I don’t get a refund. That’s just dishonesty. Currently in the process of disputing the decision. I will never recommend this location and I will be telling everyone I know about the dishonesty this location displays. Very dissatisfied. To whoever replies to these reviews - don’t bother replying. I’m sure whatever you will say is either going to be an attempt to justify the wrongdoing, make the company look better, or try to make me seem like I’m lying. To whatever customer is seeing this - keep your receipts and make sure they enter the correct times or the dispute process will be painful.

  Eli hooked us up in a pinch with great 👍 communication and Darian got the Truck ready for the road upon arrival took us 15 20 minutes or so, then we were loaded and on our way homebound in 2024 Dodge Ram Truck kinda like 👍 what I'll be purchasing soon. My truck broke down and became undriveable in Newark De ... Enterprise was the primo choice to rent from. Only questions I have are the in-availibilty of "one-way" rental vehicles in and around this area... because if you break down as in our situation, and you need a rental vehicle TO GET HOME "one-way", there's not many choices to do so in Newark De??? ... So we got lucky I guess or they felt bad for our situation?? Idk... but we were thankful 🙏 that ONE vehicle was available for one-way rental or we'd have possibly had to "rent" a dealership trade car to travel home in to drop-off at one of our local dealers?? I even thot about renting a Uhaul pickup truck for $19.99 and driving that home, but that option is not available for one-way rentals which I don't understand why not?? It seemed like a great option at the time as well... nope ... Uhaul said no when I called them, so 🤷 local pickup truck rental only no one-way... oh well they didn't get our business just thankful for Enterprise rental vehicles. Hertz had 0 one-way car rentals... nothing... Enterprise hooked us up... there when we needed them. We won't rent a vehicle from anyone else but Enterprise. Period.
