  I visited this establishment July 2, 2026 and I can say my experience wasn't what I expected. They had a full staff but there agenda this day wasn't customer service but more socializing amongst themselves. I guess the holiday was more focused on then I and that is not what there promotion state in there ads. I have alot to point out with this branch and it's Management but I guess no one will listen . I hope in the future that you the customer have a better experience then I did. Enjoy your day

  Listen..I don’t write reviews ..but Victoria…went above and beyond to help me out in a jam! I can’t say more good things about this location! A lot of people will make their comments because they are mad around their life situations but Victoria made mine seem like it was nothing! Seems over board but it’s not! That’s a person that knows customer service! I wish I could give 6 stars! Give that gal a raise!

  Went here after Hertz on narrow road disappointed me.. if enterprise was cheaper.. they’ll be no reason to ever go into a hertz rental.. Amazing customer service.. this branch and the one at Main Street.. excellent
