  They went above and beyond to help me. I left my ID at home and they had somebody take me wait for me and bring me back. Extremely friendly to rent a car for the weekend the price wasn’t that bad even with the insurance I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them for my rental needs.

  The Mazda Dealer sent for a car From Enterprise at Newark shopping center, they did not have a loaner they could provide.Mr Watson the Enterprise staff member pick me and my wife up, he was a joy to work with and professional. I hope Enterprise continues the practice of hiring pleasant polite professional courteous employees. Mr Watson certainly is the type of person who make a customer want to return. Thanks Enterprise

  Reserved a vehicle for a car repair. Still had to wait about 45 minutes while they ran to another location, picked up a car and cleaned it, bc one was not avab. Car drove poorly. Could tell right away something was off. Two days later driving to work and car would not shift rpms high and turning red. Had to almost come to a stop to make car drive again. Got to work, called Enterprise, said vehicle was unsafe and I needed a switch. Was told I have to bring the car. They would not bring it to me. I work 12 hour shifts and cannot get there. He did not care and said I can just bring it some time when I am off. Will never use Enterprise again. Horrible customer service. Poorly maintained, unsafe vehicles.

  I reserved an intermediate SUV for a one-way trip 2 1/2 months ahead of time. I checked in online the day before pick up. Arrived to find out the agency had ZERO SUVs available for me. I needed a larger vehicle to help with taking boxes and other stuff to a family member across the country. Agent called another location and found me an SUV, but I had to drive a different car there as a trade. Took me over an hour to pick up my vehicle. The SUV they gave me was in a smaller class, making it difficult to fit all of my stuff for the trip. The vehicle was not cleaned inside, only had a 1/4 tank of gas, had low air pressure in one tire, low washer fluid, and crappy wipers. I had to call the original rental agency to get the rate changed to match the actual class vehicle I got rather than what was on the agreement. I should not have had to get this fixed as it was entirely caused by Enterprise. I sent an email reporting all of this to the agency and never got a response, so clearly Enterprise is not very interested in customer satisfaction.
