  Honestly by far the best experience I’ve had with purchasing a vehicle. With every obstacle I faced the gentleman here made sure I prevailed while creating such a comfortable space to work together as a team! Micheal was heaven sent from the very first day I spoke to him, he handled all my roller coaster emotions and made sure I got my car in the end! Jalen was very pleasurable with responding to my many questions while working through the process! And our lucky star Lavon was amazing with finalizing the process! Slam dunking the ball for the game winner! I came into the office unfamiliar with the layout and honestly frustrated with how my day was going. I came into the building unwilling to speak to anyone but Micheal. Lavon did his best with explaining the process to me and I was extremely rude. Once I spoke to Micheal I did indeed return to Lavon care who then took even better care of me then before and turned my entire experience around! From showing me all the features on my new car to finalizing the paper work. The step by step explanation of the process and what to expect going forward truly set me up for success this car buying experience has had me on cloud 9 and I couldn’t think that gentlemen enough!!!

  From the moment we received a call from Ms Shonda I had a good feeling and when we got there it was no surprise we received the best service ever. Jalen took excellent care with us. He made sure We did not leave without a car.

  I can’t complain about the car buying experience whatsoever. The salesman has a magnetic personality and helped my daughter find what we thought was a good car. My daughter ended up purchasing a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta in July. The transmission went up months later and is still in the shop due to a back ordered part. With less than 90 days of ownership and 21 days in the shop, complete bullshit for all the money spent. Now we begin the battle to be done with the car. The cars appear to be well kept on the lot but I wouldn’t buy another car from enterprise.

  Not a good experience 2nd time around. Vehicle filthy inside 😫 did not see until after purchase. Said would accommodate me with gift to get cleaned never received. Several things I found wrong after got home took good look at. Couldn’t see out of front or back windows they were so dirty. Customer service not like it use to be😩
