  First, the system for browsing and finding cars online was simple, and provided a high level of detail that made it easy for me to proceed with confidence. I liked the deals, and then working with David & the team continued making it easy to do everything. I appreciated the flexibilty in timing, staying in contact for updates, or procedural questions. When it came time for action, David made everything transparent, was patient, and ultimately made it a very smooth and easy experience. I never bought thru dealers before, so i don't have the context to compare, but i am very satisfied with both the professionalism I experienced, as well as the great value of the car i picked out. Bought 2024 Audi A3

  Yes, I went there to find another car since mine was totaled. Anthony was very nice and respectful too,and also Trey the office manager was very nice and helpful too. They have a lot of cars and SUVS too,and if you don't find what you want there they can check online at other car sales Enterprise. I would recommend this place to others to check them out. It's looking like I might find my SUV there.

  I had a great buying experience at the Newark, DE location with salesman Dave, mgr.Kevin and the newer salesman Anthony. I came prepared with online photos from Enterprise Car Sales website for the type of SUV that I wanted at a certain cost. Once I arrived there, Anthony was able to show me the exact car online. We went out doors to check it out with the Mgr Kevin, since i asked him to explain to me about the pros and cons of buying rental cars. I test drove it and was impressed with the many iindoor and outdoor safety features of this SUV. I happily closed the deal with salesman Dave who initially called me the following day from my online search..He was friendly and patiently explained in full details, like a car manual, all of the features of this 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. 47k miles. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to a friend

  Best experience I ever had purchasing a car! David was so patient with me he helped me out a lot and went above and beyond with Shanda to help me out. Every staff member I came in contact with was nice and greeted you with a handshake. They were friendly & didn’t pressure me to do anything they explained everything thoroughly. You can tell that they are here because they want to be and want to genuinely help people out. Every car they have on the lot is clean the office is clean staff present themselves very professional and don’t judge you on what you have going on. Thank you guys I really truly appreciate all you have done for me I will forever give you guys your flowers for what you pulled off for me today :)
