  Need more store training on how to properly do warranty exchanges. The area manager Lewis that was before Chris was excellent with handling any issues or training. The manager that was on duty let me know that he was the manager but he didn’t know how to do an exchange which was a little surprising considering he was the store manager.

  Big thanks for Voshell thought I was smart enough to figure out installing my windshield wiper, after about 5 mins of struggling he came out and told me I was trying to install it upside down, clicked it in for me and I was good to go. Much appreciated.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been shopping at AutoZone since 2001, when the first store opened on Lancaster Avenue in Delaware. Since then, I've bought parts from AutoZone stores all over Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania whenever I couldn't find what I needed at another location. I want to give a huge thank you to i believe her name is Victoria. She helped my friend and me scan our truck and took the time to explain every code and what it actually meant instead of just reading what the scanner said. She also noticed the smell of burning oil and mentioned that we might have a small oil leak. Sure enough, she was right, and I was able to fix it. What Victoria didn't know is that I've been an automotive mechanic for over 15 years. I never mentioned it because I wasn't there to impress anyone—I was just another customer looking for help. As someone who's worked on vehicles for years, I can honestly say I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. She didn't rush us, she explained everything clearly, and she genuinely cared about helping us solve the problem. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. AutoZone is lucky to have a manager like Victoria. Thank you again for going above and beyond. I'll definitely continue coming back and recommending this store to others. My have a new Favorite store💯💯💪🏼💪🏼

  Sent wife up after calling for brakes for Subaru. The tool for retracting emergency brakes was not available. Matt set up a local pickup making them verify they had the tool. They went above and beyond to help me find a socket that would work pulling a 4.0 jeep head. When I went in and saw the name tag Matt I asked him if he recalled the Subaru brake fiasco. He laughed. Richard located the socket I need3d and saved it for me until I got there. Shout-out to Matt and Richard. They won my business through customer service at its finest.

  It's a brotha in there with dredlocks...He took care of me. He changed my wipers and also gave me a print out of what part I needed. Good job bro!
