  100000/10. I’ve been contemplating getting ambient lighting for 2+ years now and so thankful I went with 12 Volt. Very fair pricing and love that they offer Snap. Christine was absolutely amazing and SO sweet. She alone sold me on coming to them. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I talked to her on Friday and was scheduled right away on Monday for installation. If you’re looking for auto accessories, I highly HIGHLY recommend them. Definitely think I’ll be coming back soon for starlight’s next! 😊

  I contacted 12 Volt Specialist to talk about an issue I was having with a new radio I installed. I spoke with Christine. She was very friendly, informative and helpful when I explained my radio issues. I arrived for my appointment and explained to John what my issue was. He seemed very knowledgeable about my problems and assured me he could fix the issue. They took me to a comfortable waiting room to wait while they worked on my radio. When my radio was fixed John explained issues, and what he did to correct them. He was very professional and friendly. I am happy with the results, and the cost for repairs. The work was great. I will definitely contact them if needed in the future. I highly recommend 12 Volt Specialist for service.
