  I stopped in for an instant oil change, at Valvoline's, on Rt. 40 and Rt. 273, near BJ's and the Farmer's Market. I was aware that I needed more work done, but, I just hadn't scheduled the time to have it done. After diagnostic testing I decided to have the work done since I was already in the shop. Well, I would like to share my experience with you The staff was kind, friendly, as well as very professional. I was offered every coupon they could find which was appreciated, since I was expecting a much larger bill. I welcomed their generosity and the personal attention. Going forward, they have gained a new customer, and I found a place to have my car serviced where I feel safe, and the location is ideal. Thank you Valvoline for providing that old fashion hospitality. Helen 😄

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline thanks to Michayla and Belle. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my service was completed quickly and correctly. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days. Michayla and Belle’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire visit stress-free. They’re a great asset to the Valvoline team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received. Five stars all the way!

  I had a great experience with Lex & Matt! They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was completed quickly, and the quality of their work was excellent. They were friendly, honest, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. It’s hard to find people who are both efficient and genuinely care about their customers, but Lex & Matt definitely do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy car maintenance and will definitely be returning for future service!

  I can’t recommend Sharif at Valvoline enough! He made my oil change quick, easy, and professional from start to finish. What really impressed me was that before I left, he took the time to check my battery just to make sure everything was in good shape. It turned out my battery needed to be replaced, and he took care of the replacement right then and there. Thanks to Sharif’s attention to detail and genuine care, I avoided what could have been a breakdown on the road. I left feeling much safer and confident knowing my vehicle was in great condition. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he does. Thank you, Sharif, for your outstanding customer service and for truly looking out for your customers!

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline, thanks to Sharif! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions without trying to upsell me, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Sharif truly went above and beyond.
