  I got multiple calls reminding me about my appointment , they forgot to mentioned until I got to the appointment at 1 pm that they did not have the tires yet . 2 hrs later they got the tires put the car on the rack , and told me 20 more minutes . 2 hours later they had not touched the car yet , they were. Behind and still working on the 9 am appointment clients (at 4 pm) . If I could give 0 stars I would

  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tire & Service on 8/06/26 and genuinely want to thank everyone who helped me. I originally came in because I had somehow picked up a screw in my front driver-side tire. They got me in very quickly and didn’t just look at the problem I mentioned—they checked everything over and discovered I also had a screw in my rear driver-side tire, along with a battery that was just about ready to quit on me. It had already been a really rough week, and my husband and I were working with a very limited budget. This is our only vehicle, so hearing there were multiple things wrong definitely had me worried. Thankfully, they were able to save my rear tire, and then Sarah at the front desk came out and told me the guys in the back were able to help me out with a really good deal on the battery as well. That was honestly such a blessing. Times have been extremely difficult for us lately, and having reliable transportation is incredibly important for us to be able to keep moving forward and get everything we need done. I nearly cried from the relief. 😢 Everything was taken care of perfectly, the car is running smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues since. I also really appreciated that they took the time to catch problems I didn’t even know were there instead of just fixing the one tire and sending me on my way. Thank you so much to Sarah and everyone working there on 8/06/26. You guys were truly lifesavers, and you earned a returning customer. I will absolutely be coming back for future service! ❤️

  Extremely bad customer service and not truthful was told I can come in get in right away was even giving a reservation number and then got told a two hour wait. Completely unacceptable never go there you’ll be wasting your time

  The worst experience ever. Dropped off for service on brakes at 8am , called at 2pm still not done. The guy says we have it all ready will be done soon. Lies!! Drove past on my way to work car still in parking lot. Call again around 530 story changes they got half done but ordered wrong part for the other half!!! Now it’s it will done tomorrow 10am at the latest which turned into 1pm!! Do you think they discounted it heck NO wanted full price at pick up!!! I don’t mind paying but people don’t take accountability for anything these days!!! The receptionist did say thanks for being understanding lol!!! Never again

  The worst experience I’ve ever been at just got a tires replacement and my car came back Damaged they didn’t know how to move the seat back then they ripped the side of my seat were the movement buttons are on the side I will never be coming here again! Go somewhere they take better care of cars!
