  I recently came in for tire balancing and wheel alignment, expecting the same smooth service I’ve received in the past. This isn’t my first visit, and I’ve never had any complaints before, which is why this experience was disappointing. I was informed that they would only work on the tires I originally purchased there, and the other two tires I had replaced due to a puncture would not be touched. This was surprising, as I was never made aware of any policy change regarding this. It would have been helpful if this had been clearly communicated beforehand. What made the experience more frustrating is that it seems the service you receive depends heavily on who you find at the reception. There doesn’t appear to be consistency in how policies are explained or applied, which can be confusing for returning customers. Overall, while I’ve had good experiences here in the past, this visit left me disappointed due to the lack of clarity and inconsistency in service.

  I wish I could zero star, I thought in the beginning of my experience with this location after speaking with Zach leaving there kirkwood highway location because i was told one price on the phone but when i got there Len one of the managers told me he wasnt sure were i got that price and told me a higher price. So I left and called Zach at the christiana location he was willing to take care of me and it was going great until I actually had my tires done. They just threw my donut in the back of my vehicle and i asked to keep any tires that were still good which was one so they just threw that in my vehicle as well. I have light interior so i had black stuff from the tire on the inside of my vehicle. They damaged all my rims and my car now shakes when braking. I say no matter how good the price sounds go somewhere else. I've never had issues with my vehicle shaking until after the new tires being put on and none of my rims had damage. I still waiting for a response of what they are going to do. Update the good tire that they gave me ended up being the tire that I blew out. This is just sad ...

  I’ve always a had a positive experience with these folks, They’ve always performed exceptional vehicle services, well beyond ‘Just Tires.’ The service manager Mike Hall has always been incredibly honest, helpful, and provided great customer care in my personal experiences there; always putting the customers first.

  Zachary stokes, Michael hall, Miquel Rosas are amazing store managers in new castle very professional gentleman and take care of me and my girlfriend Janine Esposito great customer all the way around

  Guess it all depends on who you get at the front desk. Went there in the morning and was given a bunch of excuses and only quoted for all 4 tires when I just needed one to get me to work. I did call the day before and another guy confirmed they had all options for my vehicles tire size in stock. But this morning at the shop, the guy said he had to order them and I had to wait until 11 AM. Poor customer service from that guy. And I will not be going here once I can afford all 4.
