    My confirmed reservation for a mustang convertible from this location wasn’t honored here. The desk representatives said it’s a common situation at this location. They offered us another car that was different but we declined. A disappointing experience. The Enterprise brand is poorly represented by these unprofessional practices.

    The worst. Came there around 8:50 How do they run my card for a rental the $663.00 amount deducted from my account and still not showing on there end. Then going to ask if I had another card to run it again. I’ve waited for an hour and a half because they said there system needs to update. At least 5 people were serviced and I’m still in there. I’ve stated I had an mri appointment that was scheduled at 10:30 weeks prior still no help. They wait until I get a $40 uber to take me @ 10:15 to tell me they can run the $200 to get me in a car today so I can make it to my appointment. Now I gotta pay uber up and back. Very Poor customer service and inconsiderate. I will never go there ever again. Thank you for wasting time and now I have to go get a mri/ ct scan with a damn migraine headache. Hopefully I don’t have to fight to get my money reimbursed.
