This location of Valvoline is the best! Every person here is friendly and remembers you, and will help you get done anything you need to get you back on the road safely. They've helped me save money on every service I've had here from oil changes, tire rotations, to transmission and transfer case services. They showed me the Valvoline app which saved me 20% on $400 of services today, that's $80 still in my pocket 👍🏻 I cannot recommend these guys enough!

LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. I was in and out the manager Luis was incredible and his representative Philip was Nice and informative he did not make me feel like a dumb woman who didn’t know what she was asking for they actually explained what the service entails what I would need and what was the best recommended for my vehicle The quick easy convenience made it fantastic and I would definitely come back

Phenomenal service, always. I love visiting Valvoline! They noticed my birthday balloons in the car and gave me a birthday shoutout. Way to not only be attentive but warm and welcoming!! No surprise though. ♥️ The staff is always so sweet. My personal favorite attendant, Cameron, always makes sure I’m both educated and considered during the interaction! I went on my 30 minute lunch break and still had time to stop for lunch. I mean, you really just cannot beat how speedy these great group of people are. Thanks Milford team! You make even the hardest tasks that much easier. :)

I had a really good experience at Valvoline in Milford. Cameron was my technician, and he was great from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and made sure everything was taken care of and that I understood what was being done. I was actually their last customer of the day, and I really appreciated that they were still happy to take me and never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. The service was quick, professional, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The overall pricing seemed fairly average, although I did think some of the additional services were a little expensive. My total came to around $138. That said, the speed, convenience, and quality of the service were excellent. Big thanks to Cameron for making sure I was well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend the Milford location based on my experience.

This was my husband’s and my first experience at Valvoline. We received an oil, lube, and filter change as well as additional car needs. We were very impressed with the speed of the technicians as well as their professionalism. Two technicians came to our service immediately followed by a third technician, Samantha at the Valvoline in Milford, Delaware, who walked me through the entire process, telling me exactly what was acceptable as well as what needed to be replaced. She explained why I needed what she was suggesting as well as the pricing. We were very happy with a service and will return, as well as will share this with our friends.
