  Rented a 26" box truck from this Milford Location, was told the truck just came in and had gone through inspection. We loaded it up and as we started our long trip, we quickly realized the truck was not road worthy. At 50 MPH it began to shake, at 60 the cab sounded like it was coming apart. I had to turn around and go back to the rental shop, separate from my wife who stayed the course. The tech was nice to was the only person working on a Saturday, ex military, great guy. He took the tires off and was honestly embarrassed. The tires were completely destroyed, no where near safe, NOT inspected like I was told. They literally sent it out the door, property and people in transit and no care or process to protect someone's safety. Thankfully I knew what was best and blew my travel schedule to get the tires replaced. This truck was driven this way on a lease for a LONG TIME... The truck rode and drove like total crap. I finally get to my mid way point after a long delay, explain to my wife how terrible the drive was.. Told her it was like being in a bad movie coming down the road.... WELL I also had a HEADLIGHT OUT. Driving down 95 with one headlight unknowingly, trucks passing me left and right because it can't go fast enough safely to keep up with normal traffic. Completely unbelievable. Negligent.

  5 stars for customer service, 100%. Kyle from the Milton location, who also oversees the Rehoboth Beach location, was an absolute saint, trying his best to find us a price we could handle for an overnight truck rental. A dream to work with, he strategized every possible way to provide us with service we could afford. If you're in a pinch, need a truck quick, and your wallet is basically empty -- Kyle is the dude to talk to. I'll be callin' him again soon, I'm sure!

  Priced right and no milage charges.. four out of five for the vehicle. Good condition, plenty of gitty up when u need it, clean. It lost a star due to being OVER AIR FRESHENED!!! It was sooo bad with the windows up, you could taste it! Ok so open a window... thats great until it RAINS. GAG... The truck did exactly what I needed it to do... Next time I would double check the "full" status before driving away. Theres full... then theres FULL. With a tank as big as it has thats $20 in gas....
