  The team at Mavis in Milford went above and beyond what normal car repair shops usually provide to customers. They worked for hours locating a part that was needed, kept us informed during the day of the progress, and ultimately stayed open late just to make sure we had our vehicle back the same day. Customer service was an absolute 100% !!!

  In and out in less than 30 minutes for a new tire installed. Scheduled online with choice of tire. Very convenient since I was visiting in the area over the weekend. William was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended business.

  I am so incrediblly thankul for William, Michael, the tech who answered the phone and the entire team at Mavis in Milford , Delaware. I had travelled there from PA to visit a friend at 5:30 PM and was planning on returning to PA that same day. About 20 minutes away from my destination, I picked up a nail in my front right tire. I put the spare on, but I didnt want to risk returning on the four hour drive at night to PA on the donut. So I called around to see if someone could patch or repair my tire. I was in quite a pickle. The time was 5:30 and most tires shops closed at 6 PM. Not being from around there, I googled the closest tire shops and discovered that one was open at 7 PM. I quickly called them and asked if they could patch the tire and get me back on the road, they said they couldnt do it tonight and suggested another tire store, which also couldnt. Then I called the helpful employees at Mavis and the friendly gentlemen who answered the phone said, "Yep, bring it on over" so I did. I arrived at their shop at 5:45 PM. They welcomed me at the door, came out and looked at my tire, and said it couldnt be patched because the nail was in the sidewall, but they had that tire in stock. They went about quickly installing the new tire and putting my spare back in the car. I was out the door in 25 minutes and on to see my friend. As I was getting ready to go, the tech came out to the car and said, "here's your phone" which in my haste I mistakingly left on the counter. I want to thank them for their hospitality, willingness and professionalism. I hate arriving at a place ofbusiness near closing time, because I like people to go home on time after a hard days work, but In this case I had no choice and the Mavis guys understood and helped me out. Though I was in a pickle, because of them, it was no big "dill"

Even though I didn't have an appointment, they let me drop my car off right away and handled everything seamlessly while I ran off to work. ​The team was friendly, efficient, and communicated exceptionally well—they called to keep me informed on pricing and reached out the exact moment my car was ready to be picked up. Their customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear they truly value taking care of their customers. ​If you're looking for honest, fast, and reliable service, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here in the future!

  Average pricing. Went in for two tires. Appointment was for 8am. Didn't even unlock doors till then. Was 8:30 before they even took car to shop and the took an hour to change two tires. After I left went across to pick up some groceries and noticed the hood was jumping slightly...turns out they did not latch the hood all the way...thankfully I noticed this at low speed. May go back just to get matching tires, but not sure would be my first choice again.
